What I love - they have actually healthy products that competitors dont carry. For example, they have coconut milk without guar gum added (competitors do not) or sugar-free bacon (havent found it anywhere else locally). That is what I expect at a health food store. There selection is really good for their size too. I pick up things here for family members with certain allergies on a regular basis. Competitors have drifted from healthy food to pretend-healthy food full of unnecessary ingredients. I hope they never start to do the same. Where they could improve - customer service is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes I wait up front for several minutes because there is no cashier around. I think they have them stock and stuff when it isnt busy. That is fine, but they should be checking for customers very frequently if they do that. It also took over 10 minutes to find someone that could help locate a supplement for me (there selection is huge in this area). Finally, I dont love the no-bag policy. I get how bad plastic bags are, but at least offer paper bags. The choice is to either buy a bag (which I did, but always forget to bring back) or use an empty box they supply (which is just too big and bulky to want to bring home on a regular basis). Overall though, I am a happy customer.

Produce selection & quality is good. Lots of vitamins & supplements. Customer service is not so good - specifically the manager from the frozen food section. She was called to be a backup cashier. When I brought to her attention the broccolini rang up at 3.69 each rather than $3.69/lb she advised me that was the price. I took a pic of the sign & brought it back to her showing $3.69/lb. she advised me the sign was wrong and she moved on to accepting my husbands payment. (This was not the only item that was priced wrong and we had to have her correct.) Hoping customer service training and pricing problems are corrected so we can enjoy shopping at this store more often.

Huge supplement selection. In the 20 minutes I was browsing I wasnt asked if I needed help once. I really did need help, but Im to stubborn to go find somebody. Limited homeopathic selection compared to Daves Health. I also expected to find a deli or lunch like Whole Foods but that wasnt the case. Definately a specialty store. Supplements were pricey. Was hoping they could be semi competitive with online (iherb, etc) .

Made it very convenient to know they carefully screen every one of their products before it ever hits the shelf to meet a minimum standard of nothing artificial and so forth. The refrigerated bulk is amazing!

I like the small store experience. I can find most of everything I need from a natural food grocer and more. The produce is fresh. The shelves are well stocked. The prices are reasonable.

That have all the things you want but cant get at Harmons, Smiths, etc. They have a wide selection of lactose-free dairy products, gluten free products, and specialty baking products.
