I didnt even want to give you one star. The American Fork store in Utah is THE WORST store I have ever been to in my entire life. The 1 checker they have working is slow as molasses. The store manager needs to shut his mouth and apologize instead of making excuses for a clearly poor run store. He said there are only 2 people ever in line. I WAS THERE.... I WAS 4th and in line with the slowest checker alive. I hate that this is the closest store to my house. All the dairy fresh milk was expired. I would rather drive 10 min to another store just so a visit to the store wont ruin my day. Id rather shop in CHINA. I will NEVER go to your store again you will never see another dime from me or my family. I Hate your store. Hopefully other ones are ran better or youll be out of business just as fast as Albertsons . I wish it was a smiths . At least their garlic bread in a bag does not look like its been used to play soccer in the back prior to bagging . your store managed to mess up garlic bread... the blond lady up front probably in her 40s seems to be the only one working there with a brain. At least at Walmart If Im 4th in line I know Ill be out in 5 min. Your store even if Im second in line I know Ill be there for 20 min. Worst store ever! Congratulations.

LOCATION They seem to be conveniently located in American Fork. The only thing that is bothersome is exiting the to the main road during rush hour traffic, with that bend, it is madder than a Mad Max road battle. PRICE I only picked up a prescription for my wife. The price was reasonable. PRODUCT/SERVICE Pills are pills, even if they are generic, so Im sure theyll carry out the intended purpose. They were for my wife anyways. EMPLOYEES I believe the pharmacist was a student or under-study, but all the same she was friendly. The only problem I had is it took a moment for her to drop her conversation with a colleague, to attend me at the counter. She signed me up for some savings program as well, which shows me that they care about their customers. FINAL THOUGHT I travel here for prescriptions for my wife from Lehi, so they must be doing something right if I put forth the journey to get the prescription.

***This is about the pharmacy -- not the grocery store***. Today I came, waited 40+ minutes while being ignored, and was then treated like a “Senile Citizen.” Problems are fixed by listening to customers’ missed expectations and then resetting them, or improving on what the customer expects and is not getting -- NOT by choosing to ignore them, then striving to “make them wrong,” as Mr. Robbins did. Your firm might consider applying the underlying concepts of Tom Peter’s “under-promise then over-deliver” formula. The pharmacy team seems to be using this formula backwards.

Fresh Market is only a few blocks from my house. The isles are very organized and neat. The employees there are also very kind and helpful. They cashiers are very good about asking if there is anything else they can help with. My daughter young daughter needed to use the restroom and the restroom was not very clean. I would see splash marks all over the walls and stalls. The floor was dirty and stained. Its not someplace I would feel comfortable having my children go to again.

Managers ( male) there need to understand the word posturing when you are speaking to a customer and that customer advises you of this and saying "Im sorry" but yet continue. Seems like you would understand and be better in your customer service skills . Just moved here will not return. Ill drive to lehi before driving 2 blocks. Numerous times of expired food. Very disappointed

I really do love this market. Shelly, Theresa, Tana, Eric, Jeff, Dean...I could go on. They are amazing. The store always special orders extra water for me (Arrowhead Lemon Sparkling) because I am diabetic and it helps me avoid soda. They are so personable and really make you feel welcome. They are my only market for a reason.

They have the best salmon in town. The hand chosen and cut fresh fruit bowls are always sweet and delicious. They make their own fresh salsa and it is very good. When they have "Smoker" going, the bbq is quite nice. Dont use their restroom except in the direst of need. (Otherwise it would be a 5 star review.)

Prefer not to shop here on holidays are busy days because it seems like they do not have enough staff to manage a rush. But in their defense prices are fair and the employees are kind but I would like to still see more lanes open

Great produce and amazing air conditioning. Wonderful market and fried foods for luvbch including reasonably priced fried chicken chicken tenders corn dogs mashed potatoes and gravy rotisserie style chicken and more pre cooked.

A little expensive but I love the convenience since its close to my house. I love the self check-out stands so I dont have to wait in line for a cashier when it gets busy. Employees were professional and helpful.

They can get sidetracked (cashiers/baggers) Ive had to rebag when getting to my car to avoid cans and ice cream from rolling all around my trunk. Pharmacy is great and quick to complete the prescription filling.
