First & last time coming to this Walmart at this location, i never felt so humiliated. I walked in with an empty propane tank not knowing the policies. I walked by several employees and none have stopped or warned me about the safety hazard with an empty propane tank. It took 4 employees to approach me and asked me to take it out even after ive politely asked if there was any signs stating about propane tanks inside the store. An employee had said that there was signs by doors which was false. I felt stocked by them as if i was a terrorist and felt embarrassed and my daughter was scared as they approached and customers were watching the scene. It made me feel so uncomfortable and did not want to continue my shopping after that. I also asked a clerk for a manager on site and she stated that the manager had left. I then took charge and went to the customer service up front and told them my experience. I truly think they couldve handled it a more professional way, and have signs on front door or even have employees let customers know as we pass by instead of having us make it to the back of the store. But other then that i gave Deniene thumbs up for taking charge and taking her time to listen and understand what we went through. I just believe they need to work on their customer service.

I normally go to this location for groceries. I usually have a very good experience here and can find everything I need. I have to give a lower rating, though, based on my experience and my husbands experience here the last two days. I understand that near a holiday, the volume of customers will be greater. However, yesterday I went to this location and stood in line for 20 minutes. By the time I was done being checked out, the ice cream I had bought was melted. The checker was an older man who was not moving quickly at all. Today, my husband stopped in to get a few things. He stood in line for over one hour!!! He was so upset that he left his cart and walked out of the store. The same older man was checking people and there was only one other checker. My husband and I are normally the people in line making jokes with other customers and being extremely patient. As I also work in a customer-related industry, please note that it would be helpful to have more checkers on duty at peak times and please train the employees to move more quickly.

Ordered something online they totally botched the order. I got there the customer service manager she put me off on an associate that associate connected me with another manager it was a nightmare. They told me that my order that I had pre placed online was not there I actually found it on the Shelf it was a TV that they had not scanned into the inventory and I had been standing around for 2 hours for nothing you took him another hour to figure out how to get the two TVs I bought into the system so I could buy them and get them out of the store. I would never go back to this Walmart again.

ive come here enough times to go to the one thats down on pecos and arizona ave instead, the people are straight forward at this location and rude, they have no knowledge of most of their products and when i went to return something that was broken as it was opened, corded drill with no cord, not even a slot for a battery the cord was cut off and frayed and i payed full price and they only gave me less then half of my money back even though i had the receipt and the box even calling them today all i heard was "hello this is walmart what do you want?"

Tire and Lube is a complete waste of time. My wife was there for two hours to get a singe tire replaced only to have them call her up and tell her they couldnt get the lug nuts off. As soon as she got home I pulled out my four way lug wrench and loosened all the lug nuts without a problem. They did manage to partially strip one lug nut. Their excuse was they didnt have the right tools to loosen the nuts. Considering the amount of effort I had to put into it, I could of done it with the wrench the car came with.

Short lines every time I go (if not being able to walk right up to an open lane). However, cant seem to figure out their own payment system (Walmart Pay). Walmart Pay itself is clunky but Im not dinging this Walmart for that, just that they themselves in three trips havent been able to get it working without a lot of headache. Last time I was late to an appointment because they tried to back out my transaction.

Went to the tire center to get a flat repair. When I came back in an hour to pick up the car they said that my tire is unrepairable because it it a run flat. I asked them if they even looked at it to determine that it is a run flat and they said no. This tire is not a run flat and they did not even call me to say that they couldnt fix it. Very lazy people at this store, I would avoid it at all costs.

After all these years Walmart still doesnt get it... People do not want to stand in line for 10 to 20 minutes to check out. I left without taking my items. I watch two other people do the same thing. 15 people in line and only one register open at 9 p.m. on a Sunday night. It never changes and this is why I despise going in any Walmart. This is a corporation problem not a local store level problem

I prefer coming to this location. I feel more comfortable here, and it has a better selection than most nearby. The only issue I have is with the self checkout. The registers they have seem to malfunction a lot. Whether its the change Im using to payout or something I scanned to buy, they seem to lock up quite a bit. If it wasnt for their registers Id give this place 5 stars.

Great place to hunt Pokemon and Walmartians. I usually conceal carry when at this location due to the thug life folks I see in the store - covered with prison tats. On the good side, the cashiers are pretty good, and usually very friendly. Produce is beyond horrible except they do carry fresh okra most of the time - and I love fried okra beyond belief!

This is a clean and well maintained WalMart where I regularly shop. The staff always ask if I am finding everything and drop what they are doing if I do need help. The store usually stocks everything I need. I havent tried the new online grocery ordering service where you can place your order and pick it up shortly later from the store, but plan to soon.

I like shopping at this Wal-Mart because it doesnt give off that "Ghetto Wal-Mart" vibe like some other stores where they have to have a security officer(s) at each entrance or a police officer constantly posted and/or patrolling the parking lot 24/7 due to high levels of shoplifting. This Wal-Mart is clean and for the most part, well stocked.
