I dont even want to give this Walmart a star, I purchased a Casio Calculator, I Love it but all of a sudden the tape wouldnt run through, Ive only had it a few months, all I wanted to do was exchange for exact model, the CSR rep in customer service was matter of fact, I realize I didnt have receipt, Which by the way I ALWAYS SAVE MY RECIEPTS JUST IN CASE! THIS TIME unfortunately I have no clue what happened to it!! I went through my whole file looking for it and am shocked I couldnt find it!! I did find the manual, I did not save the box, since I knew my calculator was a good purchase and I Love it, well, I tried to find the exact one to do an even exchange, the clerk told me that even then depending on the price there was no guarantee of an even exchange... Truly felt like I was being treated like if I was some scam artist WTH!! I went to look for the calculator and of course they didnt have it in stock!! I went back to CSC I was mad because I knew I wasnt going to be able to exchange and rather than have her tell me anything, ( since I did not want a refund) I just bagged my calculator up, I told CSR that it wasnt there, and told her that I was very disappointment in treatment I recieved and left! I have never had any issues before and have always been treated with courtesy , I hardly ever return anything since I shop alot at Walmart, but I can say this, I will never stop at this Walmart again! Disgusted with the service, and even when I was trying to find something there to add to my basket to buy, I had to hunt for a Walmart associate and ask only to be pointed to the aisle where the item was that I looking for, instead of associate just doing me the favor and walking me to where ítem is at I spent another 10min. trying to find it!! Bad service bad Customer Service! This is the first time Ive ever written anything bad about a Walmart store and am actually shocked with this store, only Good thing in the end is the lady that greets you at the entrance, I dont like to say black etc. Because I am not a racist, (so please dont start with remarks since I dont want to be bashed) she is one wonderful lady and God bless her for her smile! Didnt get her name, but at least she made me feel better with the experience I had. 5 stars to that woman, she brightens up the store 0 Stars for treatment recieved, CSR and some employees need to work on thier customer service skills, they may think its nothing, but when a customer pays good money on thier merchandise and just want an even exchange, come on use ettequet and be a little nicer! Longest review Ive made!!

I tend to go here a lot simply because its close. That being said, I really dont like Walmarts on the whole. Most of them stink right as you walk in the door and this one is no exception. Its not the most pleasant of smells with combination of the old cooking oil from their in-store Mc Donalds and the stink of something akin to sewage that wafts in from some sort of storage closet by the shopping carts. Next, the advertisement of their wonderfully fresh fruits and veggies is a lie. The majority of the time the produce is either not ripe or looks as if it was plucked out of the rubbish bins of other local food stores. Thirdly, when shopping for dry and canned goods you have to check the date on the can or package because half the time its expired. The deli.... thats another story. I once took a chance and ordered some of their deli meat, honey turkey. Once sliced it was the color of old beef and smelled of sulfur. I didnt buy it not wishing to spend the next few days in the loo. Needless to say I stay away from the grocery section of the store and simply shop for other goods like housewares, and cleaning supplies. That wouldnt be so bad if it werent for the constant onslaught my ears go through when trying to pick up a few things. Screaming children are everywhere!!! If I wasnt suffering from sleep disorders Id do my shopping elsewhere. I shop for my groceries at Frys. Much better quality.

I stopped by this Walmart last night around 11:00pm as this was the only time that I was able to shop after working all day. After waiting around for 10 minutes in the sporting goods department, I finally tracked down an employee and asked him to open the glass case for the ammo shelves so I could purchase one box of ammunition. He told me that it was illegal for him to do so since it was past 10:00 pm. Not believing him, I asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager what I would like to purchase and she too told me it was illegal for them to sell it to me and I could come back at 7:00 am if I wanted it. I asked if this was store policy since I had never heard of such a law. She reiterated that it was the law, not a store policy and I left empty-handed after driving 30 minutes one way. I get home and do a little research and sure enough, no such law exists. I dont know if the employees/managers at this store are uneducated or if theyre really just so lazy that they dont want to have to walk a product up to the front registers. Either way, this store has a lost a customer for life. I really dont appreciate being lied to especially after making the long drive. I went to one of their competitors today to make my purchase. I wont be coming back to this store.

Unfortunately, NOT to happy with an individual working in the bakery today (1/28/16). When I called the first time, the gal was VERY nice on the phone, asked if I could call back "as they person who knows all about the cake/cupcake ordering wasnt in yet." (Kudos to YOU, for just being pleasant on the phone--thank you!) I called back, that new individual (who will remain nameless at this point), was disruptive in conversation, rude, claimed that they didnt have anything I wanted, and she would "have to look" for material, was very "put out" that I had even called, down-right irritated. I get we ALL have bad days. Note-to-self, and "Ms. Nameless"....Im sorry for whatever might have put you in a horrible mood this morning, but unfortunately, we have to leave that stuff...at home. I was nothing but nice to you, until I had to finally hang up as you were so incredibly rude. If this was a one-time-thing, I get it-and can understand, bad mornings happen. Unfortunately, I recognized your voice over the phone, and youve also done this TWICE in person now as well. Im taking my bakery needs here on out to Sams Club or anywhere else, regardless of price. You lost my business Walmart Bakery.....

Two days before Christmas I decided I wanted a bike to ride to work. My mother and I went into the Greenfield Walmart location to search for my new bike. I found two different models and was trying to decide between the two. The one I choose was marked at 119.00 and the toy employee got it down for me and noticed it was marked wrong. So she decided to call over a team lead. He refused to give me the bike at the price it was marked at which lost the store a sale and possibly a few customers. The official Walmart policy states that if an item is marked incorrectly then the customer is supposed to get the item for that price plus 3.00 dollars is supposed to be deducted as well. I was very disappointed in this Walmart for refusing to uphold their own Walmart policy. Yes your a big box company who makes money hand over fist but someone in your employee made the mistake not me. I will make sure to spread the story as far and wide as possible and write the corporate office as well. Shame on you for not following true policy. Your ads are false when you really could care less about your customers.
