This is review is for this specific location, and not for the company or its product in general. My husband and I had come in (following a customer in front of us) a 9:50. We understand that the store closes at 10. However, the employee there was serving the younger girl who had come in at the same time. We were up at the counter & the employee told us that he was closed and that she was the last customer. There were about 4-5 other kids his age, in the store; his friends, Im assuming. They were all hanging out. My husband and I didnt cause a scene at the store, and just walked out. But we were pretty upset. He had clearly kicked us out so he could hang out with his friends & not to work. I get he wanted to close, Ive been a teenager working at a retail mall job. But if he is going to serve the girl who came in the exact same time we did & NOT us is NOT okay.

Staff was rude and uneducated in customer service. We stood in line for 20 minutes and then the people behind us were serviced before us, someone finally took my husbands order and then I stood there waiting for my turn for another 5 minutes just to have the staff, once again, ask the customers behind me what they wanted. My husband got upset since that was the second time that had happened and the shift lead or manager was rude to him. We just wanted some ice cream to end our date night that we dont get to do very often.

I have had the opportunity to work with Cold Stone for my client party 2 years in a row! They are the best! They come and set everything up. Lots of fun choices for ice cream and toppings! They even made sure there was a choice of frozen yogurt for those who might want it. They served the clients quickly and professionally. Everyone was thrilled! Its been a year or two since I went to Coldstone. The wife and I thought we would get some good ice cream. Two medium size ice creams rung up to $13.94. I was so shocked at the price I did not think to challenge the cashier however I did look at prices on their menu which seemed to be consistent with what I was charged. I dont work hard to throw all my money on some ice cream. I can buy several cartons of better tasting ice cream for that price. Hell, I can have more Mixx-ins too!

The BEST ice cream....I love their German Chocolate Signature Love It except I make it with a few changes. I do half sweet cream and half chocolate. Instead of nuts, I add marshmellows. Its awesome. Also, the owners, the Prices, are awesome and they provide awesome service with a smile. They also cater. They catered last year at a party we put together at a friends house.

Ice cream is great, but the place is run by teenagers who ignore customers to talk and gossip. They are more concerned with who is "having a fire at the B" and who is dating who than they are their jobs. Honestly, the worst employees. They messed up the ice cream orders so many times because they were unconscious earned with the fact that this is a job, not a play date.

My wife and I went in while the store was a little busy - wanted a take home carton of ice cream. The selection looked old and was frozen pretty stiff on inspection. When I asked if it was possible to get a new one made - a male employee answered that it "...would melt. Ice cream tends to do that..." very sarcastically and turned to the next customer. Not cool.

The owners are nothing short of amazing! Staff is usually on top of things and we always have a good experience at this location! We had them cater our wedding and people still tell us how much fun it was for them! It made our reception run very smoothe!! Recommend this cold stone to everyone!!

I love SCC, so i typed in "ice cream" in Google maps thinking it would show me your nearest location and it brought up everyone else but you. You need to fix this problem asap because you are loosing a lot of business! I drove right by you on my road trip and now Im pissed. Stupid Google...

Great Ice Cream but the workers need to learn how to mix things in. I dont even remember the last time I didnt have to go home and mix it up more myself. Seriously terrible job on the mixing, most dont spend more than 10 seconds trying to mix it together, even on the larger mix ins.

Bunch of noobies running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Love Cold Stone but these HS kids need some more training. Wait time tooo long. Final product was sloppy and soupy. Ice cream tastes great, so 2 stars. :)

No complaints for this location except for the limited parking and seating. Since its paired with Rocky Mountain Chocolate, it has a wide variety of deserts for casual and formal occasions.
