Husband and I went here to try something new, lets just say we were terribly disappointed.. We went prepared to wait, and thats what we did. I had time to make a 30 minute phone call before we even got to the counter. On top of that, a man in NO uniform was behind the counter serving his 8 kids (no kidding, 8 kids) whose kids were also behind the counter, running around with no shoes on/screaming/spitting, before the staff got to serve the customers that were waiting in line. We spent over $10 on horrible ice cream, a hard as a rock brownie, and under done/overly sweet cookies.. I recommend you just go to McDonalds and order their 3 for $1 chocolate chip cookies, and their 59¢ vanilla cone. BOOM, already a much better/cheaper ice cream sandwich than this crazy small and chaotic place.

Full disclosure -- Ive never actually eaten anything from here, and this is why: My friend and I took her grandma in while her grandpa was in the hospital. While we were ordering, we got a call saying there was an emergency and we needed to get there immediately. Grandma already had her ice cream. Seeing the worried, panicked looks on our faces, the young man working (ginger headed, wish I knew his name) told us to go take care of the family and that grandmas ice cream was on him. By the time we got to the hospital, grandpa was gone. But the kind act from that young man really touched us. I havent had the chance to make it back, but when I do that young man will get a heck of a tip. Kudos for hiring such a stand up young man.

Really excellent ice cream, cookies, and brownies. Theyre all definitely on the sweet side, so maybe taste test the ice cream before committing to a large amount of it. I tried the bear bowl (the sandwich looked too big and intimidating) and it was so good. The brownie was ooey gooey. I added heath bar and whipped cream on top. They added enough whipped cream that I had some in basically every bite. The reason they dont get five stars is because of the lack of seating. We were there on a Wednesday night, had to wait for a table, and when we were done there were several people waiting for someone to leave so they could sit down.

After seeing so many different posts and things about the place, we were super excited to try this place. However, the cookies and brownies were hard, seemed old and tasted stale. It was so difficult to try to eat with the ice cream. In addition I got mine "hot pressed", and it was still a pain to try and enjoy my ice cream sandwich, especially with my one year old. The ice cream was alright, nothing spending $5 over, and not worthy the struggle. pretty good but definitely not worth the effort it took to eat the sandwich. Overall not worth the time, drive or money.

So I like the different take on ice cream, however Im personally not a fan of it. I assume the idea is to make ice cream more transportable/handheld which is awesome, in practice it isnt quite as cool especially if you warm up the cookie. The ice cream is great, the cookies seemed good, but the ice cream kept slipping out. I read a review about the salted caramel fudge being too salty but I think its a mixture of the cookie and the salted ice cream that gets a little bit salty. Overall I plan on going back to try other things and would recommend it to others.

Quite a delightful treat! You can customize your cookie sandwich with the ice cream of your choice. They also have brownies and toppings to add on top. The seating is extremely limited inside, and the staff was slightly awkward when asked about the cookie of the month. The girl was unsure of whether she could give it to us or not because it needed to cool (but didnt tell us that up front). Overall worth a visit!

The ice cream is pretty good, and plenty of choices, but a bit pricey. My low rating is for slow service. Stood in line for a good ten minutes, moved a foot. I dont know if people are indecisive (which they shouldnt be, theyre waiting too) or short on staff. Seemed like there was plenty of workers though so I dont know. Decent food, but be prepared to wait. A lot.

Ice cream served on fresh cookies? Yes please! Pick and two cookies or mix it up with a brownie and pick a scoop of ice cream and topping to create the ultimate dessert. They are big enough to share, I was sure I was going to eat an entire ice cream sandwich by myself, but I should have split it with my husband. So yummy, Im excited to try a new combination!

It wasnt terrible by any means. It just wasnt worth the money. The service was fine and it went daily quickly. The cookies were really soft but were a really sweet sugar cookies. The ice cream was not good quality. It was mediocre. The facility is way to small to accommodate business, we were packed in like sardines.

Their ice cream and creations are always tasty, however they are always so busy inside and their venue is so small its kind of a joke. Its next to impossible to find a table, let alone one big enough to seat 5 or more people. If you go on a weekend plan on waiting in line for 15 minutes and eating in your car.

Their brownie bear bowls are a chocolate lovers dream. I got it with their Bear Batter ice cream and fudge on top. They recently added nutella to their topping menu and my friend put that on her gluten free sandwich. She loved it! We will definitely be back and recommending it to all our friends!

I may not be the best to ask these always look good but Im never impressed. Had brownie and macadamia nut cookie with salted caramel fudge. Brownie is too thin but cookie was solid. Daughter enjoy donut vanilla ice cream sandwich with sprinkles and some blue glaze, she enjoyed it.

This place was amazing. You choose if you want cookies, brownies, or the combo of both for your ice cream sandwich. Then, you choose your ice cream flavor. THEN, you can get that sucker hot pressed so the cookie or brownie is nice and warm!! Mmmm, it was delicious

Excellent place to satisfy almost every sweet tooth craving! Can mix and match different cookies, ice cream and sprinkles for HUNDREDS of different combinations. Great prices, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Ive over estimated this place. I was super excited to go and once I tried the ice cream I was disappointed! I got bear batter and had different after taste. The donut wasnt good, it was a plain donut not even glazed. Awesome idea tho!

Pretty good ice cream sandwiches. Only complaints are that you cant break through the cookies with the plastic spoons provided, and we waited in line for 35 minutes :( It is a good value for an ice cream shop.

Employees were nice, quick, and efficent. The place was busy but it was nice and clean. They offer free water, but its in the back of the store where it isnt easily seen. Definitely will be back again.
