I had the pleasure of meeting the owner a couple of weeks ago through an unrelated business matter. Once the subject came up that he owned this establishment I was quite intrigued because I have grown up here in South Phoenix and pass this place daily on my way to work. I was telling him that I was always hesitant to try new places for new things because I was very particular. I explained that my favorite spots for Raspados were in Los Angeles and had never heard of a good spot to try in Phoenix. He told me, "Well you havent tried ours yet! I bet I can change that." He explained that many of the Raspados were family recipes that had been passed down through his family. So he went out of his way and brought my coworkers and I 3 different Raspados to sample. I was instantly blown away that I had not tried this place sooner! The Mango Strawberry one with ice cream was amazing! But I nearly fell in love with the Coffee colored vanilla one with ice cream in it. Its my all-time favorite flavor and I was sceptical if it would hold up against my favorite spot in LA. It more then exceeded my expectations! It was fantastic! I will definitely return here in the future!

worst place ive been tooo . supper high priced an low quality craftmanship compared to tortas paquime. i found hairs in my stwaberrys wish is really gross. . it toook me about 20 minutes to get my order an was charged for adding coconut to my desert. this is the wprst place to go. if your cravin a really good desert go to tortas paquime. really low prices an really worth the money. first time i went here omly went due to craving something fast.

Great place... Authentic, pretty cheap. They just need to get their system down to serve more people more quickly. Also, if they could control the dripping down the sides of cups they wouldnt have to wipe the cup you put your mouth on with the same funky towel as is used to wipe down countertops and floor spills. Still, I will support this awesome business as much as possible and will recommend to everyone!

Its great and I love that its fresh, real fruit! They pack the cups full and arent stingy. But its also small and tucked away... On a busy time of day it takes a while and is a bit chaotic, and my mom and I that grew up here didnt even know about it until her friend from SCOTTSDALE showed it to us! And if youre not paying attention and really looking, you might speed by.

I HATE COMING HERE!!!! You have to truly want a dessert from here because you always have to wait in line a minimum of 20-30 minutes. Parents here have no regard to other peoples personal space. The staff doesnt enforce rules for the establishment. The manager of this place needs to find a more effective and efficient way of serving customers the wait is ridiculous.

They close at 10pm and when me and my family got there at 929pm they locked the doors as we were walking to the door and ignored us. They were extremely rude. Dont ever go to this shitty place. Went to coldstone instead and even though they closed at 930pm and we got there at 945 they still served us. That actually care about their customers unlike this place
