I used to be a regular at the sweet tooth fairy, stopping by 2 or more times a week for a delicious treat.. However I stopped going into the sweet tooth fairy about the time when they went on cupcake wars, when they made the "rise to fame" in the cupcake world the overall quality of their product went down hill. Instead of light fluffy cupcake; they became dense, chewy and dry... Their frosting became overly sweet to the point of making you sick to your stomach. The product quality went down and the price went WAY up, it was obvious they were focusing on how much money they could make instead of how well they could make a cupcake and satisfy a customer. Its a shame to see what a little bit of a spot light can do to a company that was focused on the food and customer satisfaction. If you think their cupcakes arent all that great, then just wait until you get to experience their customer service, the employees are rude, and they rush you to help the next customer, they arent friendly and act is if they have something better to do than help you pick your desserts. I once would have given them 5 stars, now they are barley deserving of 1.

Passing thru the area yesterday. Thought we would try this place out. 1st thing you notice when you walk in, are the accolades on the wall of how great their stuff is. Place is a bit pricey in my opinion. But purchased a cupcake, lemon bars, brownies. While they looked terrific. 1st bite of each item told a different story. Dry and stale. Which made it obvious that the stuff was not freshly baked that day. Had I known. I would have went to Walmart and bought some stale bake goods. And saved my self money. Definitely dont recommend this place. Terrible!

I have tasted 9 of their cupcakes. All of the frostings taste the same and are too sweet for my taste. The cakes had decent texture inside but were dried out on top and none of them had enough flavor. Overall, very disappointed. I do not understand why they are so popular. Been twice and will not be going back.

The cupcakes are super cute to look at but they do not taste good at all. We tried 6 varieties as a group and shared and all agreed they were icky. I wish the taste was as good as the presentation. Three dollars for one yucky cupcake. Save your $ for a better bakery.

I have tried several of the flavors. Some are ok and some were horrible, like the lemon berry, which was so nasty I gagged! The frostings are horrifically sweet, and the cakes have very little flavor. I cant believe this chain is so lauded. I was not impressed.

I dont understand their success at all. Coconut cupcake tastes like bland vanilla. Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix creates better chocolate taste. They compensate for poor cake flavor by loading on the super sugary frosting. Not worth the money.

Our absolute favorite shop. I have never bought anything that was not just delicious. My little girls love this store. From the adorable sugar cookies to cupcakes. My absolute favorite is the traditional cheese cake. Its a family favorite.

These cupcakes really are the best around. They have ruined all other cupcakes for me cause Im disappointed knowing I could have had sweet tooth fairy instead. Very flavorful. I wish they would open a location in ogden!!!

The people that run this location are scam artist. They get jobs with other companys( who are paying them while they train) and learn the way they run their businesses and then leave once they get what they want.

This was undoubtedly the worst cake I have ever tried! I special ordered a birthday cake for my husband! It was totally uneattable!!! Everyone spit it out!! I paid $104.00 for a cake no one would eat!!!

This place is seriously incredible! The Salted Caramel cupcake is to die for! This place is so cute and has some great treats! We eat several cupcakes a week and it is worth every penny.
