I have never such lazy service before. I was just going to get some food during lunch so I pull up to the drive through, no one says anything so I have to get there attention, no big deal. When she tells me my total, theres all the sudden a three dollar up charge when I only ordered two things that should NOT cost that much. When I pull up to the window I ask her to repeat the order and then decide to just let it go because I just want to leave, then after I already pay she tells me that its going to be a wait and asks me to pull up, still no big deal because its only a short wait but Im still slightly irritated. After I pull up I relalize that she didnt even give me my card back, and Im livid. Ive read so many reviews at places where they dont give the card back and all the sudden there are random charges on their account. Not okay. She did give me my shake, which was not the one I ordered, so I get out of my car and go to the door and wait for someone, I ask for my card back and tell them that this isnt what I ordered and shes nice and tells me that she will remake it and I say thank you. They still dont come back and give me my card until they come out with my shake and food, which irritated me because I specifically asked for it. All around they were just lazy and sketchy. I would recommend to basically go anywhere else if you want a good experience.

Dangerous place to eat!!!! A few weeks ago on a Sunday I went in for a couple lemon ice waters. There was only me and one other customer I the drive through. I had placed my order and waited 15minutes before I pushed the button again and asked why lemon water was taking sooo long to get to me when there was only one other customer. I only saw one lady and one male working inside and the lady told me it was her first day...(i assure i could get someone lemon ice water with no experience in less than 2 minutes) She finally brought it after another 5 minutes of waiting and I found severely moldy lemons in the water. One of the waters had bright blue dye along with dirt. I took a picture above sent it to corporate with my complaint with no response. This is just a few minutes of where I work and I have told everyone I know of to never go to this sonic unless they want to get poisoned. This is no joke. I also have the phone number to the manager who was on site that printed on my receipt.

This has got to be the WORST MANAGED sonic around I have never waited literally 11 min at the menu board finally backed up and went drive threw sat there 7 min, finally said hello the girl came on irritated to tell me they really busy and would be a min when they catch up on orders.Now this is not my first time waiting long times at this sonic, but me being a manager of a fast food for over 7 years I know it gets hectic but I cant recall ever making someone wait 18 min and they have not even order yet. If I could I would rate them 0 stars but thats not an option. I love sonic but I will def be traveling 10 mins away to just go to one then to ever return to this convenient location next to my house.

Probably the worst fast food experience I have had. The service I received here was the worst. It took roughly 15 minutes to get the food we ordered. The order came out wrong . To even get any of the servers attention I was forced to knock on the window. After they ignored me for close to five minutes I finally got fed up, walked into the employee only area, and asked for my order to be fixed which once again came out wrong. Thats the complaint I have over the service. The food itself was nothing special, simply put, it was the cheapest hot dog they can throw on a bun with the lowest grade sides and other ingredients. I will definitely never be eating at Sonic again.

Our family loves this location. While I think maybe the intercom system could use some updating, the rest of it is fine. We’ve never had an issue with our order or anyone there. Mario is amazing and makes my mornings, if I go for breakfast. I love the tots with some salsa on them in the am. The breakfast being served all day is great because I love breakfast all the time. I love their crunchy corn dogs and I LOVE that if you order the French toast sticks, they are never rubbery like other places. Great deals on different nights and we travel out of our way sometimes for the onion rings.

I love the ice cream slush, however my order is never right, this last time I just offered to buy the extra wrong drink if I could get the right one and they still got it wrong. When the woman who took the order came to the widow and said, ""Now what?!" I felt that maybe this is the last time they should get our business. Yes we are only one family, but we come three or more times a week, and if youre the one messing up the order, maybe you should be a little more polite to your customers.

They werent busy yet took over 10 minutes to make 2 kids meals, 1 combo meal, a burger, & 1 molten cake. The fries in the kids meal were hard & brittle (unedible), the combo came with only one onion ring which was over done, the burger was cold, & the dessert was mostly whipped cream with no hot fudge inside (cant say its molten if nothings coming from the middle). Weve been trying to call but nobody answers. Completely dissatisfied with products and servive. Definitely wont be returning.

This has been a pretty average Sonic. We come here quite a bit, mostly for drinks and occasionally a waffle cone. Just average. The one bad memory I have here involved the lady in the drive through smashing a fly with her bare hand, only to have her pass me a drink with bug guts stuck to the side of the cup (that had apparently come off her hand). Definitely nasty, but hasnt necessarily been the norm here.

Sonic never fails to impress me. The food and drink options are amazing. Now, with that said, one thing they could work on is remembering to put any sauces you order into the bag. The past 4, or 5 times Ive gone there, they forgot the sauce. I always check the bag for the food, but I just put it in my mind that the sauce is at the bottom. I guess that I will have to look more thoroughly.

The employees were just on their phones while I was waiting for a good 10 minutes in the drive thru. We ordered large meals and they gave us smalls... I dont think Ill be coming back... They said they ran out of large cups, but we saw them right behind the employees head. Very frustrating. I suggest you find another place to get your food.

Good, cheap fast food and the service is pretty good as well. Mind boggling options for drinks and shakes. I like that the whole menu, breakfast and everything else, is available all day. The burgers are tasty and the corn dogs are worth it when theyre on sale. This is a good place to go if you cant decide what to eat. Lots of options.
