i got a very bad ice cream combination which I didnt finish but wasnt their fault, it was all mine . Anyway that has nothing to do with why Im giving it 2 stars. The reason Im giving it 2 stars is due to the cleanliness do the restaurant itself, and oh my goodness it was a disaster... There was ice cream and paper bowls littered all over the outside of the restaurant, and melted ice cream caked to the pavement and ice walk upon entrance, not to mention the dumpster near where we parked, had trash overflowing and piling up on the ground ) A few of the employees were super happy and peppy, but the one at the register, acted like we were twisting her arm by making her work? We left Unsatisfied and unhappy with how she handled customers.

I usually very much enjoy coldstone but I had a terrible experience my last visit. I ordered 6 ice cream cupcakes. They were supposed to have butter cream frosting but they came with marshmallow. I called to explain and the worker kept telling me I was mistaken and confused and theres no way the frosting was marshmallow. She then said theres nothing she can do. I have pictures and cant fathom how their workers instantly refused to believe they could have made a mistake. Terrible customer service. Edit: owner/manager Michelle contacted me and made sure my order was corrected. I was able to go in and get new ice cream cupcakes. Thanks Michelle.

it was not good at all. They put way, way, way to much ice cream and way little of cookie doe, the vanilla over powered the Carmel and the cookie doe wasnt even cut up they were the size of bouncy balls or bigger, it was also all al the very bottom. when I asked if we could get a new one I got a snobby look and she walked away without saying anything. she wouldnt help us at all. definitely not a place Id come back to. Ever.

There arent many great ice cream joints in the Salt Lake Valley (which is shocking with all the non-alcohol drinkers youd think wed compensate with good ice cream). Well, in any case Cold Stone satisfies my ice cream needs. I love their German chocolate cake combo or vanilla with berries mixed in.

I dont normally complain but I can buy ice cream anywhere but chose to splurge for our family night. I bought the half gallon for 9.99. since Im going to pay that much it could at least be full (it was not) and also got missed with peppermint somehow. Im not happy with tonights experience sadly.

Wife loves Cold Stone. Me, I could care less. But we do enjoy going to this location. They do have very good ice cream. Im just not a huge fan of sugar, so Im not as pumped when we go there as my wife is. But they do treat the customers well here. Its worth a Saturday night visit for a treat.

A bit expensive for the quality of ice cream. Parking is limited but usually there are spots close to the entrance. Seating inside is minimal, if its busy there wont be any.
