I went to this Sonic the other night to get my friend a coke. When I get to her house, within 5 minutes of the restaurant, she tastes the coke and says its totally watered down. She opens it to show me that its a light brown color, not the darker brown a coke should be. She has to dump it out because its no good and I am on my way to a meeting and cant take it back to get a new one right then. I grab the receipt to call and let them know the problem and ask if I can get her a replacement the next day. The number on the receipt just keeps going to a recording that says "all circuits are busy." I try several times that night with no luck, just the recording. The next morning I go back to the restaurant to talk to the manager. (His name is Mario.) I explain the situation and he argues with me about why I was calling the wrong number. I told him I called the number on the receipt, which I had forgotten to bring with me, but I did have the other copy of the receipt (one was for the food and one for the credit card payment). I show him this receipt and, miraculously, it has the CORRECT number on it. I explain that THE OTHER receipt had a different number, which I showed him in my recent call history in my phone. He argues that I must have gotten that number somewhere else because the number on THIS receipt is the only number. He further argues with me that there was nothing wrong with the drinks the night before because he was there and changed the syrups himself. I told him I saw the drink myself and it was totally watered down. He CONTINUES to argue with me, but finally agrees to give me a replacement coke now. I explain that my friend is out of town now so could he please replace it with diet and Ill drink it myself since I dont drink regular coke. He says no, he will ONLY replace it with the exact thing: regular coke! Are you kidding me, dude!? I told him that hed just have to have a more upset customer then because I DONT DRINK REGULAR COKE! He finally concedes to give me the diet, but "just this one time." Seriously!? Ok, second verse, same as the first... I go back later that night to get food because it happens to be one of very few places to eat near my house and Im fat and lazy like that. I order 2 chili cheese dogs on pretzel buns. I see my screen and she doesnt put pretzel buns so I reiterate that I wanted pretzel buns and she says ok. Get my order, get home and guess what, REGULAR buns. SHOCKER!!! This time I didnt bother calling that jerk manager. I just figured Id leave this online review. Eat there at your own risk.

The food might be good, do not know one way or the other. The service is inept and oddly enough, for an entry level job, seems to be overwhelmed with the concept of food services. Waited at the order speaker for five minutes with no acknowledgement from the people who may or may not be working inside. Pulled forward to the window to speak to a manager, waited another twelve minutes while the staff sat inside and talked before they could be bothered to get off their phones and actually deal with customers. When they finally deemed it acceptable to come to the window the most poorly spoken, wishy washy, pathetic excuse for a "man" asked, "what do you want?". I asked for a manager and what I got, after another two minutes, was the deer in the headlights, vapid look from a "woman" who barely spoke acceptable English and could not be bothered to look up from her phone. After explaining my problem she asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" I replied, "Perhaps hire staff more willing to work." She then snorted and told me, "Whatever, have a nice day." Shut the window and walked away. Never tried sonic before, never will try to use it again.

Their drink menu is impressive with all kinds of fancy slushes and add-ins. As of this review they have happy hour from 2-4pm daily with half price drinks. The burger I had was surprisingly delicious and hit the spot! The hashbrowns they offer as a replacement for fries are fantastic! They offer a drive through if you are in a hurry to get back on the road, or you can order from and have your food delivered to your car at one of the drive-up parking spots. They also have picnic tables out front you can order from.

Welcome to Drive Thru Penitentiary! If you make the mistake of thinking you can make a quick stop for some, "fast" food then think again. Sonic has obviously recognized that thier service is extremely slow because they put a barrier to prevent escape from the long lines, thus ensuring thier revenue. Maybe they should incorporate the old pizza slogan, " thirty minutes or less or its free". They might be able to reach that service level 80% of the time. I just served my nickel, i mean 27 min for two fruit slushes.

You people need to be in there to see how hard these guys work when it 2-4 they work really hard going as fast as they can doing what they can, some probably go out of their just to make sure your satisfied, and some of have the nerve to say "oh there so slow" "oh there so bad they cant make anything right" um i can bet you if you had to make what you wanted you could see how hard it is to make when someone gets 15 or 10 of those items you got. these guys get stuff done good job.

Their service is horrible. They have a very limited amount of good employees. They never do their drinks/ slushes correctly and will make excuses about not making drinks/ slushes they have on their menu. They are overly watered down as well. They mess up your order most of the time too. I never have an issue at other Sonic drive ins. Unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live now.

I honestly love their fresh tater tots and chicken, it is great food with great service. It would be 5 stars but there is a long wait time, and majority of us dont have 5-10 minutes to wait for our food while we are on the go. I understand the wait time though, it is fresh food delivered to you and I appreciate all their efforts in making you a happy customer. I highly recommend.

This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. Have spent over 30 minutes in the drive through multiple times. They dont have a pull out in the drive through so if the person in front of you orders food it causes the whole line to just sit there, sometimes you get your drinks while waiting but there is no way to exit the drive through.

Always very busy. The staff is not very friendly. They are all younger and you would think that they would be a little bit more bubbly and happy. The drive-thru line is always long. By time you order milkshakes and get to the window to pay the milkshakes have been sitting there melting. But I still keep going back
