My visit was regretable. On 07/17/2016 at 9:00pm after waiting in a line of over 45 customers on a busy night for at least 30 minutes, myself and my two friends were just 3 people from the register. At that time the line was still all the way to the door. Some girl decided to cut the line and walk up to the register. The three girls in front of us stated to the MANAGER, whom had interduced himself to me on previous visits, who was working the register that the girl was cutiing the line. He just shrugged his shoulders. Thats when I mentioned that the rest of us had been waiting for 30 minutes and she was cutting the line. He just shugged again. We told him he just lost three customers and he simply waved us away uncerned. Deplorable. Take your business elsewhere. I will never be back.

I visited this Creamistry on Sunday, July 17, 2016. After standing in line for more than 30 minutes, a customer decided to walk in, cut the entire line, proceed to the front and place an order with the manager at the register. The manager was told by three customers in front of me that the young lady cut line and placed her order. Mr. Manager proceeded to take her order anyway and process her payment. I then walked to the counter with two others and told Mr. Manager that it was unprofessional for him to take the order of such a rude patron and that hes lost the sale of 3 customers to accommodate one rude sale. I highly suggest you try another ice cream/frozen yogurt shop - as the service here and lackadaisical attitude of the manager are despicable.

Love the ice cream, however sometimes I will avoid this place because the workers; 1) never smile. 2) never apply my membership discounts until I push them for it. 3) consistantly take 35-45 minutes (busy or not) to make my ice cream. Above is my first review. This is my updated review. I AM NEVER GOING HERE AGIN!!! The customer service is absouly terrible. This place is absouly the worst in consitancy. One day they will do a call in order, the next day, they dont. I still decide to go in. I wait 45 mins from the time I order to get my ice cream. Im done with this overpriced ice cream. Literally nothing makes it worth it. Hello Sub Zero from now on.

Been here twice. First time was great. Short line and really fast and great service. However, the second time was terrible. We came in the evening and there was a huge line, but the single cashier (Luke or Lucas) was definitely not moving with any sense of urgency. After waiting in line for 30 min, we finally receive our ice cream and its probably half the portion of what it shouldve been. It was so busy and took so long to get our first order that we didnt want to bother having to wait for them to make a new one. However this will likely be the last time we come. Its just not worth it and its clear that the quality is hit or miss.

I brought two guests in from out of town. My guests were able to get an order placed, and they were very happy. I was told I could not have in mine what I wanted. Items were on the menu. The cashier could not talk clear enough to explain. The staff would not let my guard watch the ice cream being made. That is one of the reasons to go there. Ano to her staff person waved to me and attempted to talk to me. She could not yell loud enough so I could here her. I have a blistering headache from the place. If I go back it will be a long time from now. Maybe I will travel further to one of the other locations.

TERRIBLE experience! Got to creamistry with no line, but many parties waiting. Ordered at 5:40 and at 6:00 they announced that they had run out of nitrogen. There were three workers there, and only ONE machine was being used. At 6:00 we asked for a refund, and didnt get it until 6:10. Unbelievable service. Absolutely terrible. If you have to be somewhere and dont have at least 30 minutes to spare DO NOT go to creamistry.

Good ice cream but service and wait time are completely unacceptable. 15 minutes in line to order and 30 toI45 minutes standing and waiting. Staff are overworked with high turnover so they are constantly training.. usually only 1 or 2 nitro machines going at once.. they dont call by order number or display order number up so you are left standing around. Can easily get up to 5 stars with better management

Awesome ice cream! They have a ton of toppings and flavors, and offer both milk and lactose free options. Entertaining to watch your ingredients get turned into a nice creamy ice cream right in front of your eyes. Great place to bring kids (they will love the "smoke" the nitrogen makes). Exceptionally friendly staff.

Creamistry in Scottsdale is so great! I took my 3 daughters there the day they opened and it was so much fun. The nitrogen makes this fog and it feels like theyre using magic to make their ice cream. The girls were fascinated and the ice cream was divine!! We have already been back and will definitely return.

Blown away by the way they create their ice cream. But it intriguing process as well as educated staff to help you through the whole process. Great for the family and fun for anyone looking for something sweet. Im still geeky on how cool this places is, I will be back with my friends and family!

Having visited from out of town and visiting during there first week open I couldnt be more satisfied. The ice cream tasted amazing and the experience with the liquid nitrogen made it all the better. The staff was extremly friendly and Ill be sure to visit them again the next time Im in Arizona!

Prices are very reasonable, the variety of flavors and add-ons is tremendous, and its fun to watch them freeze your dessert. However it does take some time and if you order multiple items, it most likely will not come out together or in order. The premium is very smooth and creamy.

I mean, the ice cream is great! But the waits are awful. I came in 30 minutes ago and I am still waiting for my ice cream as I type this. People who came in 20 minutes after us already have their ice cream. How do you lose a whole order?? This happens a lot when we come in too.

Not sure what the comments regarding service or location are about as its definitely here and the service was wonderful. The different ice cream options were all excellent (the Thai tea was especially good)! The next time Im in Scottsdale I will definitely be coming back in.

This is ice cream made by fast freezing with liquid nitrogen. It is worth trying at least once. The quantities are quite large. The place was clean and nice to hangout at. Although this type of ice cream isnt my personal favorite, this place still deserves the stars.

Extremely crowded and due to the nature of liquid nitrogen custom ice cream takes a very long time for ice cream to come out. Waited close to 2 hours before my order came out. The ice cream was great. Kind of pricey. If less crowded, would go again.
