I personally love cold stone but I always have really bad experiences at this store personally every time when I go to other stores the offer me the ice cream separated but they dont want to sell like that they said is the policy and today particularly the sign said they close at 10 but this guys locked the doors way to early ( 30 min before ) and even when I knock at the door the employees ignore me thats so disrespectful I love cold stone but I never come back to this store I preferred go to fort union store

Not impressed. Came to the cold stone located at Jordan commons tried to use a groupon I purchased for cold stone. Not one person on the staff knew how to run my groupon and they just looked at it confused. After having every member of the incompetent staff look at the groupon confused and not try to do anything me and my father left. We will be going to another location from now on. The Jordans commons staff is extremely incompetent.

Great service and ice cream. I come here a lot, and there is generally someone that speaks Spanish, which is nice. Reading the other comments, there are quite a few complaints about their acceptance of coupons. Being friends with the workers, I understand that their system was just updated and it can be hard for new employees. Often times they will give you a discount or something if they arent able to figure out your coupon. 10/10

Its a Cold Stone. Product was great, as always. Now, this place was quiet as a church mouse when we went and staff reflected that. Imagine if there was any sort of unexpected influx of people at one time they would have been scrambling. But, there wasnt and we walked right up and got our scrumptious deliciousness. Forget about this location sometimes but its great.

The only shop in the megaplex that doesnt accept the megaplex gift card. I went in with the card, excited, and when I tried to pay the news was broken to me. Im still sad, but at least I have a full gift card that I wish I could use on cold stone ice cream.

The young staff did not even know they had a new mix promotion even though the thing was up on signs all around the ice cream stand. They staff did not do a good job mixing their ingredients into the ice cream. All around this was not a good experience.

I love their ice cream! I especially love the cake batter ice cream the way is sweetened to perfection and the way it melts in your mouth. The employees are nice and treat you with respect.

The service is always good here, everyone is always chipper and helpful. They always have new signature creations to try, so thats fun, and also delicious. Its never too busy, as well.

No complaints at this Cold Stone. Ive never had to wait for than a minute and they staff is generally nice. Merged with The Chocolate Factory, so it offers a wider selection of sweets.

This Coldstone has a friendly staff and is conveniently inside the movie theater, perfect for date night! It doesnt seem to have as much of a selection as other Coldstones though.

Your typical cold stone. Weve been to this particular location a couple times and it is never busy so thats awesome for us. Try the cake batter with brownie. It is life changing.

Good as always I visited rocky mountain chocolate factory. Not very fresh today however. Also no white chocolate graham crackers, my favorite. Still good though
