Went there on my birthday once, service was nice friendly. But today, I decided to walk and get some ice cream, might even get a tub to take home for the month. There were only two people working the store and three customers taking over the counter, talking with them and getting ice cream. I waited patiently slowing exchanging eye contact with the two employees. Hoping theyd notice I would like to be helped. The customers didnt leave, but they paid. So I decided to sit down and wait. Then the customers finally left and the one girl took out the trash exchanging eye contact with me again, the other guy was putting tips in the jar who also kept making eye contact. Neither of them greeted me or asked me what I wanted yet. As They walked to the back, I moved up the case. I said in a nice manner "since youre not going to help me, I guess Ill just walk home." The male employee said "whatever" and walked away. Ill definitely be contacting the store manager tomorrow. I guess the service is only nice with select employees at that store.

What can I say - I love the location, love the later hours, even if theres a line its fast to get served. Staff is always friendly... especially the guys working there at the time of this review. Im sort of a one-trick pony when it comes to the selection which is always birthday cake with whipped cream mixer but the company I keep mixes it up. I did notice once that they were OUT of chocolate ice cream one night and the gentleman behind me was distraught; didnt know if his alternate that he was bringing home to his wife was going to be satisfactory. I had hoped staff would suggest mixing chocolate syrup with a vanilla or some other flavor, but that didnt happen. This is my favorite hard ice cream shop. For soft serve, Im a Dairy Queen.

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. The kids behind the counter where letting their friends serve customers and where completely butchering orders. For example, mine!! The kid came up and tiok my order and then told "I dont know what you want I dont work here." The girl behind the counter mouthed "sorry" to me and then the kid started trying to add random topings! So I told him to stop and still nobody would that worked there would help me and they still made me pay. I cant believe there was no sort of management or if there was they were all too unprofessional to give a crap.

Went in there tonight for some ice cream and was told that they were closed even though the light was on saying they were open and their website said they were open until 11 p.m.. I was told not to believe everything I read on the internet. So my friend and I walked out and when we got to our car the worker came out and said I was just kidding we are open I have been a long time customer at this location. But now I think it might be necessary to find a new favorite ice cream place.

Train your staff on your time and not on my dime. The guy had no idea what he was doing and said as much. It was a mess and not worth the money. They were also out of a whole variety of items.

Great customer service!!! My Ice cream wasnt what I expected but Malachi made me a new ice cream and brought it out to our table where we were sitting. Thanks Malachi for making our night.

It is great ice cream I love peanut butter cup perfection. Great recommendation for anybody who loves ice cream go to cold stone. Its worth the wait time if there is any.
