Great locally made Artisan Ice Cream. Just north of Bethany Home Road, location is not what you would expect as it set back from the street in a small older grouping of which are primarily Asian stores, and a Japanese Butcher shop. Dont let that fool you! The place is GREAT! There is a walk up window to this trendy, modern upscale shoppe, with its noticeably vibrant Tangerine color scheme. The shakes are all made to order with any toppings you want using a Vintage 1950s, Mint colored Hamilton Beach #40DM Triple-Head Mixer. You will find fresh house made Marshmallows on the shelf, plus you can put any of your favorite ice cream flavors between two(2) large Chocolate Chip Cookies for an ice cream sandwich to die for!

I went there this week after reading about the place in an airline magazine on my way to Phoenix. The place is a but pricey but from what I read I thought it would be worth it. I ordered a mini sundae consisting of a single scoop, chocolate syrup and whip cream after which I realized Id like some walnuts to top. The salesman accommodated but with an attitude that he was doing me a favor by giving me a freebie. I couldve gone anywhere to get ice cream but chose here only to feel offended by the experience. Every customer should feel appreciated for you never know when one went out of their way to be there.

My first visit was little over a year ago. It was recommended by my daughter who works near by. We have been coming ever since. Trying new artisan ice cream with amazing flavor makes this place a diamond in the desert.The staff works efficiently and always produces picture perfect desserts. If your looking for great ice cream with spot on amazing flavor its the place to be. My personal favorite is the Earl Grey ice cream and the Madagascar vanilla. But if your looking for sherbet try the strawberry its awesome. P.s. the home made waffle cones can be eaten alone ...so good!

The ice cream was great...I got a mini sundae and it was a perfect indulgence without being too much. The Carmel was perfectly salted and the whipped cream held firm until the lady bite. But what caused it to drop one star was the service. One young lady was perfectly polite and delightful. We unfortunately got the sour puss, who acted like us ordering was an inconvenient for her. Hopefully that second one figures out how to correct her attitude...it really took away from the overall experience.

Quaint neighborhood ice cream joint. The staff is friendly and dont mind if you try a sample of a few items. There arent a lot of seats, so it can get filled up quick. But there are also seats outside. They have many flavors of ice cream, but not your run of the mill basic chocolate or vanilla. So if youre bringing your kid, make sure theyre willing to try something different. They all taste great. Prices are fair, not excessively high like youd see at other specialty shops.

Sweet republic is unique in the world ice ice-creameries in Phoenix in that they have created ice cream with amazingly shocking flavor combinations that just work. There are multiple good places to get good ice cream (Churn, etc...), but Sweet Republic is singular in that they really push the boundaries concerning flavor mixing. Go go try Sweet Republic, get adventurous and taste all the superlative flavors.

Such inventive flavors! March has an Irish theme. The Chocolate Guinness is amazing! Try it in a SMore Sundae-wow! Strawberry Buttermilk is my old standby, as is the Salted Caramel. Both locations are great, different vibe at each, but the ice cream is the draw! Try it, you wont be disappointed. Sampling encouraged.

This place has flavor exploding at such a high levels, I think they mayve damaged my eardrums, but they made up for it with what they proceeded to do to my tastebuds. I emphatically & quite highly recommend this neighborhood Iced Treat Peddling Establishment!

The experiment was a success! I got matcha ice cream with almond topping and the waffle. The ice cream is tasty enough and compares well with other liquid nitrogen ice cream Ive had. However, the price can really add up with the toppings ($1 per )!

Great customer service & ice cream is good but prices are outrageous. Ordered a small and got barely a lick, looked like a sample size. Not to mention they offee roughly 4 toppings with one being bacon... What! Dont waste your time go to coldstone!

Delicious ice cream and sorbets. My top new favorite is basil and lime! Perfect sweet with a hint of savory. Accessible clean unpopulated, which was surprising on hot it was. Staff was a lol grumpy but maybe they should try the basil/lime sorbet!

the quality of their ice cream is very good, and they always have a lot of different flavors to choose from. They are pricey for what you get. For the cost of 2 scoops you could buy a container of decent ice cream from the store.

Always some new flavor to try! Absolutely, hands down, THE BEST! I love their campfire smore. The homemade marshmallows roasted on top adds a beautiful handmade touch. They do a great job! Customer for life.

So delicious. I LOVE the Pecan Turtle. The only downside is that the place is always busy when were there (usually in the evening on a weekend) but thats because its SO yummy.
