The only problem I have with this store is that the management seems to have issues keeping their staff. Ive heard things. But they are pretty good at hiring in the first place, always seeming to get solid employees that work very hard to make game buying a little easier. Its Gamestop. If you go in expecting to make a fortune selling back old games, you wont. But its not really a rip off. They make money on their services. What kind of store doesnt? Long and short of it, this location has super friendly (for the most part) staff, but its still a Gamestop. Do with that what you will.

I went to see if they would take any of my old phones but I wouldnt get anything on a single phone. Not even the HTC M8. I understood why on the old ones because they didnt even work but the M8 is a more recent phone and they didnt even give anything for it. Regardless their service was great and they helped me with all my needs.

If you want that one on one experimce with a game advisor, this is the Gamestop to go to. The staff are freindly and outgoing and are willing to take time out of there day to tell you what you need to know about the latest games or to help you with hard to shop for gifts.

The staff is horrible. They never interact with their customers, and they give you the vibe of youre not worth their time when you enter the store or ask a question. In my opinion GameStop in Midlothian is a better store.

Great selection of games. Customer service is hit and miss but overall they treat you well. Missing a star because their trade in values are not that great.
