Do NOT Shop at this store or any other Game Stop store! On April 23, 2016 I purchased a $25 gift Card for my wifes nephew with my debit card. For some reason the keypad was malfunctioning and the sales clerk told me to keep trying because they had been having problems all day with the keypads. After 3 or 4 unsuccessful tries, I asked my wife to try her debit card. It didnt work either. The sales clerk moved us to another keypad and my wifes card worked. Later, I discovered 3 separate $25 charges to our bank account. To make a long story short, after a month and a half of getting the run around from Game Stop, a Supervisor told me that they didnt show any extra transactions at their store. They refused to do anything to fix my $50 overcharge. I am furious!!! I told them that they should have an "out of balance" situation that day because of only one gift card leaving the store but 3 charges. They said there was no problem at their store and again refused to do anything else to resolve the situation. Game Stop either has a terrible accounting/inventory system, or they have an employee who is stealing from customers. Either way it is a terrible situation and I will never go back here or shop at Game Stop again. If you value your money, I would recommend no one else shop at Game Stop either. By the way, I had to pick one Star to get this review to post, but I would really give them minus 10 Stars.

Okay, so, Ive gone here from time to time, since this Gamestop is the closest one to my home. I usually try to avoid it though, because the staff is ridiculous. Every time Ive gone in, there have been different people working, and yet EVERY time, whoever is working there is a complete jerk. The staff here are short-tempered and lead you to believe that they simply have better things to do with their time than to help you, the CUSTOMER. Youre better off visiting the location in The Village of Allen, they have a much better staff.

Very good store. Almost every time I earn something, I go straight to gamestop! They have old and used games, pre-owned games, lots of in-store availabilites, fast, free shipping (most of the time), and free store pickups! I would just say that the Xbox One games are ridiculously quiet expensive, never makes me wanna buy Xbox one games again from any store, unless I got it for my birthday, or Christmas. Although I think it would be a good experience for you to check it out!

Recently i have been unable to get to any locations with how much my time has been used up yet my friends have been hounding me to pick up a copy of Borderlands 2 along with a headset. I called in to see if someone at the store could stay a little late for me and Chris who answered the phone had no problem doing so. Id say overall based on the previous reviews things have changed for this establishment a full 180 and patience is exemplified. Take Notes peeps!

jerk staff, bad location, not there to help you but just there to sell you the most expensive thing they have in stock, which would be ok if the employees knew what they were talking about. i dont understand how the place has a 38 star review. they are not passionate gamers they are rude dishonest people who dont know what they are talking about.

Employees at this location are passionate gamers, more so than other gamestops. I really like their honest opinions about games and how they offer optional choices. They are very efficient and offer fast service. Been going here 4 years and its been the same crew most of that time.

These people play games, and are not snobs about it. They are ready and willing to engage anybody in convo about any game, at any level. All of the employees are like that at this location. Highly recommend these folks for all you gaming needs.

The staff is pretty nice, save the one time they threatened me with the sword of Gondor. I of course dropped group and mapped home immediately. Might go back when I level up a bit.

I dont understand why you charge $3 to repair minor scratches on a game. It isnt that hard to fix them and it sure isnt worth $3.
