Not satisfied with the employees.They were very rude.Me and my fiancé were the first one there and he was checking everyone else out and the other employee that was there he was just sitting on his ass.We waisted 1hr for him to finish going through our stuff. While we waited we looked around at everything else they had to offer.Well the games we wanted to sell we looked at what they were selling them for and it added up to nearly $100.He only offered us $13 in Store credit or $5.75 in cash.I will never sell my video games to them but Ill sell the cords to them.Other than that I have better luck selling them online.

Employees were great, however I am disappointed to say that I will not be buying from them again, I will be getting a refund and I will be sticking to Game Trade in Wylie. I bought a SEGA Genesis for 25 dollars along with some games for it, which led up to $72.26 worth of stuff. I was not even given an AV cord that was compatible with the 1631 model, so I had to buy one on eBay, and when it got here on 10/8 (10/9 as I am currently typing this), I plugged in the correct AV cord, and the system cant even show a picture on the television; no matter what I tried, it still showed a gray screen.

I had to change my review because Luke stopped working and he was the best manager I have ever met and he was very enthusiastic. Also I called today and they answered and they said GameXChange Mckinney blah blah blah blah blah this is Raul how can I help you? (He was talking so fast I couldnt catch what he was saying) And after I asked my question and he hung up on me and didnt answer my question. So without luke here the employees arent enthusiastic and this place is a total dump so dont waste your time here!

Went to buy a Wii U game and the guy was real shaky and rude when finding out they made a mistake by putting a. Regular Wii game in the box instead of the Wii U game I purchased. He said it was in the wrong box when there were no other Wii games marked with Wii U boxes. Guy turned from nice to rude in seconds flat instead of making it right. Will never shop here again and would recommend you not to either. They are way overpriced anyway.

One of the managers has a mean personality and their policys are just dumb I think game stop beats the policies but i couldnt buy anything with my credit card since I dont have an id and its my work credit card so their is so possible way for me to get one very angry about that

Nice employees, stupid exchange policies. I bought a ps2 ac adapter then found my old one in storage the next day. Asked to do store credit for a return and was told I can only receive a replacement.. Even though I bought it less than 24 hours ago. Really stupid.

Bought the wrong battery for my PSP, took it back less than an hour later to exchange it and they wouldnt accept my return. Totally just ripped me off. I wasnt asking for cash back, but store credit. Lost a good customer over $27. Be careful buying from here.
