EDIT: So, apparently I was wrong about never going there again. After finding out that the location was under new management, I gave it another shot. It was a complete reversal from the first time. Everything that was wrong had been addressed and the employees were awesome. If this is what I can expect every time, I will definitely be returning. Original Review: The store looked nice, and was clean and well stocked. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Even for GameStop. I went in to buy myself a birthday present or two, fully intending to spend at least a hundred dollars. I was sort of greeted when I walked in ("Hey") and then not a word. I didnt know really what I was looking for so I went to the XBOne wall and was looking the titles over. After about 20 minutes or so, still not a word from the associates. They were too busy talking to each other. So I walked out. They didnt even notice until the door was closing behind me. Thats when I barely heard someone saying "Bye." Never going here again.

I disagree with Daniel, sorry bro. Ive been using this store for 3 years and have had nothing but good service. Franky has been there a long time and is very knowledgeable and is in the store a LOT! As for the other employees, I always get good recommendations and theyre always friendly. Now, to be clear, I go in during the day when they are generally less busy, but even in the times its been crowded I always hear someone say "Welcome to Gamestop!" Their selection of used games is usually good, and of course, they readily carry a wide stock of new games. The other thing Ive appreciated is their honesty, making recommendations that save me dough when an option is available. Give these guys a try!

The Underdog Grind

Ive been going here off and on for 2 years. This is not my most perferred location cant lie. I do like that its next to walmart but the customer service from a managers stand point is horrible. He really comes across fake and sarcastic. He seems well organized and ocd-ish which can be a good trait but badly lacks people skills. Im sure he is a nice guy outside of work maybe. I dont know his name but hes a black gentleman with glasses. The other employees are nice though. Which is why I didnt want to give a 0 but I have had to my final negative experience with this manager. But I think he may just be burnt out honestly. Doesnt seem to enjoy what hes doing.

This Game Stop is my favorite. They always have what were looking for and the staff is outstanding! Frankie, the store manager, goes above and beyond to help & were always warmly greeted when entering the store! Matt has always given me excellent suggestions for games when shopping for my hubby! Ive never had anything but stellar service here while the other location near my house lacks staff sincerity, enthusiasm or customer care. I highly recommend this location...for the staff alone!

Updating this review because we recently returned to this store. It is apparently under new management, and they must have put the fear of god into the employees, because they were awesome. We were well taken care of and we will definitely be going back. Original Review: Went in expecting to spend money and no one came over to greet us. stood looking at the Xbox one wall for a solid 20 minutes with no one coming over to ask how we were doing. cool store, horrible employees

I have had several bad experiences and the only reason Ive given this location a couple second chances was the convenience coming home from work. However if you just go down the street, a MUCH better gamestop is located on preston and gaylord. Dont waste your time with these guys. Although they still are a gamestop, so you are guaranteed at LEAST a level of quality, customer service is way better everywhere else.

Love this gamestop. There are others that are closer for me, but this one has better staff and usually better stock. Cod mw3 launch was awesome! The manager here knows how to get return customers, by treating them right of course! Plus, its right next to walmart if you need to do shopping.

Best Game Stop around. The whole left side of the store is a Think Geek section. Manager remembered us from the first visit when we came back a second time. Wonderful service. Never really any lines

This Gamestop has a much better selection than the Gamestop at Preston and Gaylord. We go out of our way to go to this location and have always had fine service.

Still dont like the pawn shop scheme that is ran with this company. And charge to remove minor scratches from games when you trade it in.
