The employees here are absolute idiots. When asking about any game, a game store employee should not shoot it straight down in the ground or talk negative about it. They should give an honest opinion, yes. But you are trying to make sales, not discourage people from buying games. On several occasions, my husband and I walked in and asked about a game or two and were told "oh that game is complete crap-dont buy it". Really? I dont want to hear that about a game Ive been waiting months to come out for. What would corporate think if they walked in and heard you say that? Promote what you sale, and be wise and honest. And the worst thing to say is "it was crap". We have walked out and went to Walmart behind the store instead because of their crap attitudes.

So 2 weeks ago I pre ordered Battlefield 1 and asked about their midnight realease they told me yes I could come by at 12 to pick up the game. So I head over at 11:00 pm to be on safe side but when I get there no one was outside so I waited outside and saw employees leaving the store I asked them if they were still doing the realease the employee replied with we did it from 8-11 pm I replied why did an employee tell me at 12 and he says ohh it was miscommunication and said we open at 10am You could comeback and it ended there. This angers me the whole point of a pre order is to be able to have your copy assured so you can pick it up on the realease this Has killed my whole experience of getting games at GameStop they lost a customer.

Okay, so we are not huge game players, BUT when the occasional bug strikes, we always go to game stop. We are able to trade in our old stuff and get new stuff all the time. One thing I really like is the non name brand controllers...they are just as good and cost half as much.

I really love this store there smart,and they can give you bad opinions about a game but I bought a PS4 from them and I had for a year and now I want to give back for some money and Im going to buy a XBOX 360 Customer Service is Awesome keep it up

Ive gone to this Gamestop countless times and every time, the employees are helpful with me and other customers that are there. They do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied, as well as trying to help you save money, if possible.

I hate GameStop, but the people here have always been super kind and as a regular, Ive never had an issue where Im pressured to buy useless promotions. I go out of my way to go to this specific location instead of the one closer to me.

This is one of my favorite GameStops ever. Every time I go inside I feel like Im riding a unicorn on a rainbow over a field of blooming tulips. Really I think they may have found a cure to cancer over there.

Great staff, friendly environment. To the person talking about the staffs "crap attitudes": learn to spell so you dont sound like an incompetent fool in your reviews. The staff are honest and I like that.
