Hi guys, Mike here. This store is the best hands down in the metroplex. You guys are absolutely amazing! Fixed my Genesis with troubleshooting, and have come across excellent games for incredibly reasonable prices. They have amazing games in every price category, and an incredible selection, they even have quite a few Sega Saturn games!! Definitely returning for my retro gaming fix!! UPDATE 4/11/2015: Earlier yesterday I have participated in the Iron Man Tournament, and I am very happy to say that all the participants exhibited excellent sportsmanship, and I will definitely compete in those again! The community is absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely return!

Voted best retro store in Texas by me! My son and I went up to Denton on Friday. We spent over an hour at Freaks and Geeks. When we came in we saw a Steel Battalion on the Xbox. After shopping around for an hour and building up a significant maybe pile. We decided that we needed to take Steel Battalion home. Alec gave us a great price on the controller and system. My recommendation is to grab 4-8 games and work out a deal with Alec. Buying in bulk is your friend. Thanks to the Game Chasers for turning me on to the store. Steve

Idk even know what to say about this place other than the fact that it was the bomb!! You can find anything you need here, comics, toys, video games and consoles, and some of the coolest people you will ever meet! Im from out of town and I heard about this place and had to stop and check it out. I got some games and controllers for my NES and everything worked great! It was such a cool atmosphere that I wanted to stick around and chill with the dudes that work there! Definitely a must see!

Freaks and Geeks is awesome! Its a gaming/action figure store built in a house. The staff is friendly, the environment is beyond cool, and their prices are actually really reasonable. If you want to learn about their events, they dont have a website, just a Facebook page.

This place is absolutely amazing. Had me, my boyfriend, and my 50 year old mom in awe. The place had practically everything that you could imagine.actin figures, collectables, games for almost every generation, old consoles, and this group of people were even playing smash.
