Customer service? Not much of that here. Was sold download instead of boxed game I wanted. No refund, no exchange, and a "screw you old man" look to top it off. lll be going to any other GS store in the future. This store could take some lessons from the N. Collins store staff in regards to explaining dlc vs box purchases... as well as overall customer service.

The people here are not bad. They do the best they can with all the customers. It can get super busy sometimes but otherwise its good. Their prices are not the best around and most likely higher than online like Amazon or others but if you want/need it today then its a great place to go.

The sales associates were friendly and knowledable. Be careful in the parking lot. And if you purchase something using your Visa debit card, just know that it is going to take at least a week for them to refund your money.
