My review is horrible not due to me having experience with this GameStop, but with the shipping conditions of this GameStop. I accepted the terms and services: shipping takes 5-10 business days. Allow 1-2 days before hand for the store to get the item prepped for shipping. Yes, those were perfectly fine and reasonable. However I ordered a product on December 28. I waited due to holidays. Then on January 19 I decided to check why it was taking so long. I had to do heavy tracking on when exactly I would get my order. Apparently it hadnt even been shipped, and it would be shipped on January 23. Nearly a month after I ordered it. I emailed a support line, and found out it was on back order which I had not been told until I asked them. On January 30 I checked on the shipping status of my item, and it said open. Which means it still hasnt been shipped yet. This review is to ask anyone else if I should drive down to the store, which is only half an hour away, and just pick the item up myself?

I was told that if I preordered a game in their store I could go to another game stop closer to my dads (the parent i live with) and my mom paid. Well I went and the people in the game stop told me that this wasnt the case and I couldnt do that and Id have to go back to grape vine (2 hours from where my dad lives). I was lied to and now I cant even play my preordered game. Bad move game stop Bad move

This place is the right size to glance at some games and play previews of the new xbox, playstation, and wii. It isnt stellar but I will give it an average 3 stars.
