Ive also not been able to find any corportart information on this company ive been on the computer the lst 1 hr tyring to find some sort of contact infromation higher than local store management. Theres not corporate webssite, when you try to e-mail the local website, its declinded everytime, it was an error message that comes back that they no longer except e-mails. read the review for several other locations. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years-Spent thousands of dollars, ive got 159 blurays alone from them, along with Ps3 Games, posters, ipod... Etc. Ive only had two bad experiences with this company, but they were the worst ive ever experienced as a consumer in about 20 years. I Called a representative while i was "best buy" asking her if they had the bluray copy of the movie "THE MESSENGERS", and how much. She said hold on, came back and said yes and it was only 19.99. I said are you sure is jut came out, it was like 10.00 more at best buy, she went back and checked and said yes we only have one more copy- i told her it was the new one with woody Harrellson and i wanted to be sure because i called there before to check on the availability of a movie over the phone- they confirmed they had it, drove all the way out there, and they didnt have the copy at all. I explained all that too her and thats why i was being so persistent, she replied "oh no, dont worry about that, so i asked her to hold the last copy im on my way, she said shes not allow to hold the copy-however ive had reps hold them for me before, it only takes me 15 minutes to get there from best buy. I said ok, so i left showed up, looked for the movie, The messengers was 29,00! So i approached to check out thinking it would ring as 19,00 like she insisted. She said she had made a mistake there are two other movies right next to this movie with the same title and their pricing was 19.00- so i just asked if i could a discounted price since i was insured that it would this price, she said no because there were other copies of the same movie and she didnt know which movie i was talking about. So i walked back over to the movie isle, and there was "the messenger- with Mila jovovick-Joan of arch" and Messengers " with some teenage girl- NOT WOODY HARRELSON!! both of these wrong movies had 3 remaining copies, and the only movie i asked for with woody harrelson was quoted at 19,99 , and she said there was only one copy, This movie was the only of the three with one copy. I explained to her the situation eventually asking for the sore manager, which ive never seen before in 2 1/2 years, and explained the situation, the young lady was cutting me off trying to explain, instead of the "Manager" whom also was a young girl probably 20 didnt ask her for the "CUSTOMERS" side first or ask her to let the "CUSTOMER" speak. She continued to ask me what do i want her to do for me *the manager-Sarah " i think her name is.... I asked her to follow me to the movie rack and explained the incident, either of them were ever for a moment sympathetic to the inconvenience theyve caused me, her response was :what do you want me to do about it" I said maybe a 4 or 5$ discount. She said absolutely not, the store dosent give discounts, this was a mistake made on your behave because i wasnt specific enough- people misplace items all the time. But i told her even if it were a mistake, she told me there was only one copy left and new-then why did the other two Movies both have three copies, thats not a mistake, thats laziness and unacceptable. and why should i be rewarded when her sales rep got confused. Theres another store manager who discounted the movie "Surrogate" because they had no Bluray case for it, just the CD?? Needless to say, THAT NIGHTMARE Was only the 1st encounter with rude employees who dont give a have NO CONCERN about there corporates REVENUE, repeat consumers, and are laziest and complacent!

I dont understand your negativity.Prices are average. I take offense that you dont think the employees shower. Cause I do and I am told by every customer I help that I am helpful. The only reason employees get really short or rude with people is because 75% of customers happen to ask questions just so they can ask questions. For example. Where are your new releases? There are two very big neon signs that clearly state "new releases". Where is the game room? again Neon signs that say game room plus blinking arrows. People look at signs to get information such as an iPad for example. Lets say the sign says it is $349.99 used. People whistle,snap,and point at empolyees without saying anything just so they can ask what the price is on the sign they just read. Seriously? Please use your logic. Also please dont snap or whistle. Its rude and Im not a dog. If you want knowledge then ask the right questions dont just ask "do you guys have that one movie from the 80s with that cool car"? Again. Seriously? This is very frequent its not just once or twice. We have the store set up so that you shouldnt have to ask any questions except if you cant find something or need more info. I would now like to get the attention of CHRIS if he ever so wishes to read this thread again. You are on google. You are baffled because someone directed you somewhere else that only deals with games. Im sure you had an isolated incident, but like I said you are on google. Are you so naive that you cannot search on Google "how to transfer content from one 360 hdd to the other". The only thing you are good for sir is misdirection. Thanks.... Former Employee. Had a terrible experience with customer service service especially in the buyers center. Last week I came in and asked how much they would buy a particular pair of Beats headphones for and was told $65. Today I came in with the headphones and received the same quote. I gave them the headphones and they said it would be about a 30-45 minute wait to inspect the product and that they would give me a call so i decided to wait at home. Two hours passed by and no one called. I called back and the employee on the phone gave me an attitude saying it was not done but "would be as soon as you get here." I came back and went to the buyers center and she gave me $60 and I politely told her she had quoted me for $65. She then proceeded to give me an attitude saying "its only 5 dollars.." and "theyre just not selling so thats all we can offer you. " 65 is already low enough for a pair of $250 headphones. They were in excellent condition with case, cord, and everything. Personally, I dont care for just $5 but you CANNOT quote someone for something, make them wait over three times your specified wait time, pay out less than quoted, AND cop an attitude with them about it the whole time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT SELL YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. Worst customer service ever.
