Horribly unprofessional staff. a manager tried to tell me that it was illegal for him to allow me to preorder an "M" rated game without an id (i was 28 at the time) and when i tried to get the truth that it was a company policy and not a law, he lied right to my face and said that several people had been arrested by the north richland hills police department because they had sold m rated games without being shown an id. i have since gone to the precinct line road store. avoid this store and their dishonest employees who sell used games as new at all costs.

Ive heard some bad reviews about this location but I dont know what those people were talking about. Every time I went there they were really friendly and they had everything I needed when I needed it. They were even friendly when I talked to them on the phone.

I hate that corporate requires their store folks to be pushy about pre-orders, etc, but I dont hold that against the employees. Other than that dumb corporate policy, this is a good store.
