I appreciate local small businesses and want to support them every chance however this store simply does not do well. The selection is ok, it has many of the classics and a lot of junk titles. The problem is their prices. Besides asking $56 for a used Contra game here is my story. I went in with seven (7) NES games to trade. As the sales associate was looking over my games I was looking at the NES section. I notice that one of the games on the shelf was Super Mario Bros. 3. They had it marked at $26.00. In the seven games I brought in for trade one of the seven was that same game (Super Mario Bros. 3). There were also a few other games on the wall that was in my stack to trade. Upon the sales associate finishing his price check he then offers me $12 for trade or $9 cash. I asked him confused "$12 for all seven games?" He answered "yes". I pointed out to him that he had one of the games on sale for $26 and some how mine plus six others were only worth $12 in trade value. I asked him if that seemed right. I completely understand a brick and mortar store will not give anything close to an even trade, but at those margins I will be surprised if they last long. In my mind you have to be some what fair or people will simply go elsewhere. He then said "yeah I know. You should sell them online" and told me about some different websites that he knew I could get a better price. Directing customers to another business is never good. I wish them well but if you are looking to get anywhere close to fair market this is the last place you want to go.

This is a great shop. I was very happy to see the store move into a larger building so they could grow a larger client base. The prices are good here compared to several of the other retro game stores. Of course more sought after games will be at the higher end of the retail price but it is still lower than Game Over Games. This is to be expected with a highly sought after game such as Contra and Mario Kart. The store has a nice mix of all game systems from NES and SMS to modern systems. The store typically has something I need for the collection which is impressive due to the over 1000 games in my house. The staff is always friendly and professional. The owner is always willing to talk about games and such. The ability to get system repairs is also a nice plus. The owner has also opened his doors several times to the gaming community. He has set up meet ups that allow us to come trade with each other with no expectation of taking a cut for letting us use the space. He has even brought coffee and donuts (if I remember correctly) for the people hanging out.

Have a decent amount of older games and system. They can fix discs and system, which is nice to know. Pricing is a bit high but it is based off the market of older games. Unlike some places online where they try to set the prices way to high to take advantage of people. The selection can be lackluster if you are looking for certain titles or genres. Havent had a problem with any of the products I bought from them.

Amazing employees and prices. I met the owner a couple days ago with some questions and he was able to help me out with what I needed. Just dont go in there expecting, "because its a small shop everything will be unrealistically cheap or they will give me 10Xs more money for trades". They are priced fair like all other game stores. And the store is really chill, not crowded, and easy to find games!

I came in because a friend of mine had posted a photo of the stores sign. I was surprised by the inventory and the artwork available in store. The staff is friendly and helpful, even with a 4 year old asking a million questions about everything. Im planning on returning soon.

A great place to find a bargain and always worth a look when you just cant get that hard to find title. Staff are friendly and knowledgable and the prices are perfect for those kids pocket money purchases... Plus its better than Lees grilled cheese. :)

Not the best store, but still pretty good. Consoles are on the low end of prices and games on the high end compared to other video game resale stores, like Found It Electronics, or Game Over Videogames. Trade-in prices are comparable to GameStops.
