I called the store to see of they had a game for my son. The employee on the phone checked their inventory system first then personally verified it was in stock (without me asking him to do so). It seems minor, but I appreciated the extra effort -- especially considering how busy they were when I later went to buy the game. The store seemed clean and well-organized, and the employee who rang me up (the same I had spoke to on the phone) was again friendly and helpful. I dont do a lot of gaming but would readily patronize this store again in the future.

The lady working there is one of the rudest workers I have ever seen in my life. She was extremely rude to me when I was purchasing my item. She gave me repeated bad attitude while checking out. She all but kicked me out of the store with her rude attitude. I am shocked at her disgusting behavior towards me. Do not shop here.

I didnt come in to buy anything, just browse, but I was surprised when one of the guys working there apologized for taking time to get to me and asked if I needed help with anything. He was also very knowledgeable in his input with other customers. Positive impression. :)

Great customer service! The gentleman working was able to explain things in a way that was easily understood. Prices are average to high, but the employees seemed like they enjoyed their job and the store was very clean and organized.

The staff is ok. They don't do anything at midnight releases except maybe two or three drawings for about 100+ people. For everyday purchases ok place,for midnight releases not worth waiting for 3 hours here.
