I absolutely love this store. My explanation may be a bit long but its GOOD, I recently went in just to browse around and found myself wandering into that back home theater room (you know the one most people avoid because you know its going to be expensive) and was approached by the sales associate, i told him i was just browsing and we got to talking about music, he plugged his phone into one of the receivers and played me a jam from the band we were discussing and i was thoroughly impressed by the sound so i asked what system it was coming out of. There was an impressive sound coming from two Definitve Tech Tower speakers and it made me curious about the price, when he looked them up they were over 1000 dollars each but they were being discontinued because a new model was rolling in soon so they had none in stock. He informed me i could buy the floor models for a discount if i wanted, the discount came out to buying the SET for $900 together instead of over a grand a piece. That perked my interest, but that meant i was going to need a reciever, a center, and surrounding speakers to complete the set (although the sound from just the two towers was far beyond adequate). I found a Denon receiver priced at 0ver $900 but on sale for just over $700 but when he rang it up it was priced at $450 in the system. Score AGAIN! But then we both realized that the towers themselves had an additional set of Dolbly Atmos speakers on top that were actually separate (just over $200 a piece) i really wanted them though because it seemed to complete the sound that originally peaked my interest so we rang em up. I asked about the Surround speakers that went with the set if they were discontinued as well, so he looked it up. YUP! priced at $350 each i got a discounted price of $90 for the PAIR!! and once he rang them in, it ZEROED OUT the DOLBY Atmos pair that were on the tower. (at this point a manager had to get involved because none of us could believe what was going on) but all the prices came straight from their system. The only thing i had to pay full price for was the Center speaker at just over $200. we were all dumbfounded. I walked out paying right around $1,700 with a savings of over $2,500! AND I LOVE THIS SYSTEM! I love best buy.

Just bought a New MacBook Laptop. I Had some problems and was ready to return it. I Spoke with ALEC in the Service Department. He was Courteous and Professional. We sat down and determined my problem was a Memory Monger Program and Videos I had Downloaded from the Internet. Once we determined the problem it was an Easy Fix. I left there in a MUCH Better mood than I was in when I walked through those doors. I was prepared to get bitter and complain about my New Purchase but because of the Professional treatment I received from ALEC I left as Another Satisfied Best Buy Customer. This was the Third Laptop I have purchased from Best Buy in the past ten years. I will return for my Next purchase again. "Thank You ALEC" P.S. A Funny Side Note....... I pulled out my mouse while at Best Buy to use while checking out the computer. When I got home my mouse was missing. I was going to call Best Buy first thing in the morning and ask them to locate and hold on to my mouse until I could return. I live in a rural area abot 50 miles from the store. I Would have called...... and they Would have told me NO, we dont have your mouse here. I would have been Pissed Off AGAIN and upset that I was without a mouse. (Another expense) I had a friend call and ask me for a ride about 7:30 AM. I gave her a ride and returned home. I rarely go to the passenger side of my truck, but I had some trash on my floorboard and decided to walk around to the other side and clean out my truck. When I walked around there I saw something in the grass beside the driveway. There it was.... MY Mouse. I said "Thank You God." I had found my mouse before I had called the store and made a fool of myself and been upset ALL DAY long. I Would Have blamed Best Buy AGAIN, for a problem and a mistake I Had Made. " Gods Favor" was sent my way AGAIN.

had my viper car alarm installed at best buy wheww... it tooooookkkk me the whole day from morning they open till pass midnight... and found out the following day they mess up with my airconditioning climate control on my sequoia and leave a dent under the engine hood.. and and all wiring under dash board are not properly tuck in... cut out the connection of my rear wiper... aircondition they fix it but the rear wiper no... they told me me that it might be the wiper motor that it short circuit and old... i owned a brand new toyota sequoia 2006 and had my alarm installed at 2008..... geek squad are not so geek but incompetent and irresponsible they are negligent and not carefull on the things they do... i dont trust them anymore nor recomend their jobwork... they are messing up..... shame on you people you should train or go back to your school to learn more about your work and your ethics.......

OK, first of all I have a bone to pick with the employee who ASSURED me that the Jaybird wireless Bluetooth head phones were a great investment. DO NOT buy them! they are completely worthless and a waste of $200!!!!!!!! The Geek Squad guys are very convenient, Ive purchased many items from this store. Most of the staff is always willing to help and very informative about their products. The plaza where its located is a little run down but hey, its Best Buy! You cant go wrong. The last time I was in they tried to charge me an extra $7 dollars to install a screen protector but I questioned the fee and they waived it!

Everyone they employ are lazy, including the managers. Most of the employees horse play, chitchat with each other, and text out in clear view. You would think the managers would notice but they dont because THEY DO IT TOO!! Nobody at this store can EVER answer the phone. If you have a question you are better off spending time going to the store since everyone at this Best Buy is incapable of answering the phone. If I worked in cooperate I would personally come to this store and probably fire everyone just for being so incompetent. Working at a Best Buy is not rocket science, neither is customer service.

well this policy that you have to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement phone is crazy I got my insurance through best buy just because I got the phone there phone went out and now you have to wait 2 weeks to either get a new one or whatever is pretty messed up I miss out on my calls and emails and I dont always have a computer around it has been a week and I wont get a new one till sunday nest week by then im gonna cancel my insurance and sprint all together go to cricket and buy me an s4...this is pathetic...THANKS BEST BUY....
