If you had asked me a couple months ago what I thought about them, Id tell you I loved them. NOT ANYMORE. Bought a 3DS yesterday and a game, all went wonderfully. Well after going grocery shopping I finally make it home and give it a try. Find out theres no SD card in it (brand new ones come with an SD card, and the last one I bought had one, and my friends [who I recommended her to go to] had one.) OK, no big deal. I give them a call this morning and tell the gentlemen whats going on. He is apologetic and said "Im sure we can just give you one of the extras we have here." Ok, awesome. He goes to make sure they have one, and then comes back and says "Well, we can sell you one." Excuse me? I explain to him that brand new 3DS have an SD card, and the one I had purchased before (from this very store) had one. He says he understands and if I could hang on while he asks someone else. As hes asking someone I overhear this womans voice (who HE identified as the new "store manager" and I use that term VERY loosely). This "manager" says "No, we shouldnt have to do that. Why cant he just buy one? Its not like theyre THAT expensive." EXCUSE ME?! Its not that I cant afford it. Its the PRINCIPLE of the matter. Now, at this point Im mad, and yes I may have lost my temper. BUT do NOT treat me like some scum. I am a PAYING customer. So, Im irate at this point, I demand the district managers name and number (he tells me he wont give me that information) BUT he can give me corporates number. You can BET I WILL be calling them. And I will now be taking my money back to GameStop after this little incident. Completely ridiculous. I will NEVER step foot in that godforsaken B.O. smelling store again.

My experience at the xchange has always been great until the day John and Tanner(two employees of the game xchange) answered the phone when i called. Tanner answered with the normal "game xchange how may i help you". i asked if they they purchased turtle beaches and was told yes. after some banter about what series the headset were he told me the prices. I explained that I have the box and the head set is that all i needed. He answered with a "yes come on in well take care of you" type of thing. long story short drove 30+ min on I-35(during traffic) only to be told then that i need a little cable. and they wouldnt buy them unless i had that cable (not what they said on the phone before i drove 30 minutes) my advice is dont go to this store make the effort to go to any other xchange in the world.

I like this place a lot, the staff are usually very professional and know what theyre talking about. But I can imagine they would have some bad reviews, Ive spent a lot of time in there just browsing. I have noticed that a few of the "customers" that go there tend to be a little WT and theres nothing wrong with that until you see them doing things that make the atmosphere very uncomfortable for everyone else there, like screaming at there kids and all sorts of violent gestures. So I can only imagine that the bad reviews that they have there are most likely from those types of people. This place is great! Especially for all of the college students and familys near by looking to save money on there entertainment. I recommend it to all my friends on a regular basis.

This business managed by Colbi does not deserve any stars at all. I would advise everyone to go on down the road. She is the most unprofessional excuse for a manager that I have run across in quite some while. I referred customers to her and am very disappointed in the poor service, intentional disregard, purposely lying and cheating of the customer. You do not scream and disrespect your customer no matter what. I will never step place in this store again and believe me everyone I know will hear of this.

Was in there today looking at the stock, have been shopping at Game X Change for a few years now. I was checking out with my family and the heavy set girl behind the counter was going on about loud kids ( which I understand kids need to be respectful in a store, she was just ragging on kids in general) stating she didnt even like kids. Which is kinda funny because 90% of your companies business comes from kids... Will be spending my money down at the other game shop around the corner.

I bought a ps4 controller and the moment I tried to use it it stop working I took it back and when they gave me a new controller it was even worse than the last one it randomly selected thing and scrolled left and right randomly when I took it back they gave me a new controller but when they gave it to me it was broken it had cracks and the controller was basically falling apart I would not go here if I was you

This place is pretty cool and you can definitely find anything you need here. I got some games and controllers for my NES and everything is in working order. The staff was helpful and nice. Their stuff is a tad bit expensive because I purchased the same product down the street for quite a bit less. The store also had an interesting aroma to it that Ill leave open for interpretation.

This place is fantastic! As a former gamestop employee, I know how the business works. You also have to keep in mind that this is a business. Will you get $100 if you trade in your old N64? No, but the customer service is great. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help, within the parameters of the business. Fair prices and good customer service: what more can you ask for?

I love this place. They dont always have what Im looking for, but thats to be expected since they are a re-sale shop. The employees are friendly and very helpful and often have more obscure games and movies that I cant find anywhere else. Definitely will continue to be a regular customer here.

Game X-Change is a good store they sell cheaper games then best buy, and if you still have youre old school systems like me, they sell games and other items as well.

Bought an Xbox remote, got home and it didnt work. They wouldnt let me exchange. GameStop is way better
