This is the worst Game Stop I have ever been too!!! I see why I go to southlake, I purchased a Nintendo DS for my 4 yearold from southlake, and all that came was the charger and the DS. I came into the coppell location because my daughter had a gift card from birthday and since her brother has gotten the hang of the DS hes ready for a newer model., They would not take it because it didnt have a pin to it. Never did I received the pin, had I had a pin I would not need to upgrade, anyway they would not accept it because it did not have a pin....Noother options, i even asked them to call Southlake where i bought it from, and he was so rude and said They would not have sold it without the pin, well buddy they did!!! $80.00 gone down the drain, Im so livid right now!!!

Ive been to all the Gamestops in the area, and this one is the best. It isnt the biggest store, but its almost never crowded, is in a nice area with lots of food options, and the staff is my favorite in the Lewisville area. I drive out of my way to go here... the staff is fun to shoot the breeze with, and they dont up-sell as much as your average Gamestop. Also, the midnight launches are fun and frequent.

Great gamestop and the employees always are so nice and can give feedback and tell you the best price and all that. They are avid gamers and the prices are pretty good and I am in walking distance so this gamestop is amazing! 5 stars.

Traded Skyrim special edition and GTA 5 only to get talked into buying Destiny with all the expansions to only find out the game sucks so bad and has bad reviews now I cant get my money back and Im screwed. Thanks alot ass holes
