Howdy folks, yes it is I GodHatesHipster. Many of you probably know me from my streams or YouTube videos. I came to this store in need of a new controller for my Xbox one. I purchased a used one with warranty and of course when I got home the D pad wasnt working properly. I returned to exchange it along with a trade in to purchase a brand new controller. Lee I believe was his name (African American male with dreads and glasses.). He helped me through the process and asked me which new controller I wanted not only did he list them, he actually brought out each different color controller. That blew my mind as a customer. He went above and beyond with a simple gesture. Keep up the great work Lee. (I ended up getting the dawn shadow, black and pink is just sexy.)

I could have genuinely misread or misinterpreted the trade in deals of tech, electronics, or console, but the staff claimed that I was trying to be sly, rude, and blunt. When in fact, the associate was being downright disrespectful and rude to the customer. Stated he is blunt and to the point, and its not what you say its how you say it, and Im not visiting this Gamestop again. Seems to me theres a moral issue and poor customer service skills.

I choose to go to this store even after I moved from Lewisville to Denton because they have an awesome staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Even when my wife(who is not a gamer) has gone in to buy gifts for me they have been very helpful to her. Great staff. Great store.

LOTS of merchandise and games. With the new direction GameStop is taking prioritizing merchandise over games, the new accommodations crowd the store a bit more. Incredibly friendly and reliable staff. If youre ever having trouble or complicated inquiries, ask for Lee.

Amazing customer service. Showed on a Sunday, forgetting they closed early. They let me in to buy a ps3 for my stepson. Didnt even have to acknowledge i was there. Very thankful for that.
