I am not going back. I walk in and ask a worker, who is just standing around talking to another worker, that I need to replace my headlight. She tells me to go and stand by a pod and wait. After waiting by a pod for five minutes someone comes and grabs the person waiting in line behind me! Just ignored me! Then a couple minutes after someone comes and helps me. She grabs a bulb and bulb grease and after I pay for it she hands me the receipt and tells me to wait outside by my car. I end up waiting by my car for 30 minutes before I go back in and see what is taking so long. I walk in and the place is empty except for one other customer. The lady that helped me earlier sees me and asks where my bulb is. She never gave it to me and apparently someone had put the bulb back on the shelf and they had forgotten about me! With no one else in the store except for one other person you would think they could remember me. Finally after they check out one more person, she comes out to my car. She looks at it for a minute, says she does not know how to change a bulb on my type of car. I was so upset. She refers me to someone else. I go there and they tell me that I did not even need to buy the bulb grease. Never go to this auto zone!! They are unhelpful and will oversell you products and then forget about you!

Worst AutoZone I have ever been to. Every time I walk in I tell myself this is the last time. Today was the last straw. Stand in the store for 25 minutes before helped, even that was an ordeal; computer said 10 in stock, none was on the shelf. Since I was there I didnt want to leave empty handed, went to check out and the clerk was stuffing his face. This level of unprofessionalism, and filth in the store. I just left. I am going to Oreillys from now on.

After first testing my battery at OReillys and finding it bad, I got a price on a new battery. I asked OReillys if they could take out the old one and put the new one in. Three guys in that store, no other customers at the moment, made excuses about possible anti-theft lock-out blah blah blah. . .. I went half a block to Auto Zone. They switched it out in less than 5 minutes for 15 dollars less. Guess who has my business now?

I went in to Auto Zone to get a new fuse for the turn signal in my dads car. I got help right away when I walked in, but I was given the wrong fuse. The guy who helped me seemed new so I wouldnt put too much of the blame on him, but I hate having to go back and get a refund. All of my car smart friends (some being actual mechanics) say OReilys is a lot better quality for the price and almost never mixes up parts.

This place sucks! Never have I been so disappointed in my life! AutoZone has terrible customer service and the employees will forget about you even if theres only one other customer. Never come here if you want your car fixed.
