I live around the corner from this location and have been going here for years. For the life of me, I do not understand what the purpose of being an Autozone member is; there truly is no purpose except to send you spam mail and coupons you cant even use. So yesterday, I visited this location and purchased oil and a few other items. For the first time in I dont know how long, I received a coupon from Autozone; which rarely if ever happens. When I went into the store and attempted to utilize this coupon, I was not allowed to. The customer service agent stated that since one of the items were on sale that the coupon was not registering. I completely understood what the agent was saying and I asked if he could "double" check and make sure. I also asked him if he could ring the items up separately from the sale item and he said that I could use it the next time I come in. So, he did not want to do what needed to be done so that I could use my coupon. I was extremely disappointed by this. I come into this store all of the time. Autozone sends out coupons to their customers and you cant figure out a way or the customer to use it? All the representative had to do was ring up the items separately and I could have added an additional item, but instead, he told me to "come back next time". Due to this negative experience, I have decided to modify my shopping practices and purchase what I need online elsewhere. When I have shopped at a location for years and the agent does not want to work with me so that I can use a coupon that your company sends to my e-mail then its time for me to shop elsewhere.

Called at 2pm about a fuel filter, was told they didnt have any in stock but they could order one for pickup the next day by noon. Went in at 1pm the following day only to be told they have no idea what Im talking about and no order was ever placed. They then told me they could have one in by 8pm the same night, to which I gave them the make and model of my car again. Had a friend pick it up for me since I dont have a working car due to this part, and when he dropped it off they had given me the wrong part. Not just a little off, but the completely wrong MAKE of car. The box holding the part itself was more tape than box as well. Horrible customer service in general and was completely blown off by the employee who "helped" me. This is the one and only time I will shop at this AutoZone. Stick to OReillys!!

The sales rep, Angus is awesome! That guy knows his stuff and on top of that, hes easy going and always willing to help. On the other hand, the older Hispanic man with a mustache has an unprofessional demeanor. He acts as if hes being inconvenienced when asked a question. He also looks at you funny if he doesnt know the answer. Instead of attempting to look up the answer or asking someone, his answer is typically "no". No we dont have that part or No you cannot do that. Give solutions man! Locate another store that has the part/product and write it down for the customer! Plain and simple, if you hate your job, just quit and find another profession that matches your piss poor personality.

Theyll check your car for free if the "Check Engine" light has come on and tell you what you need to do about it. Last night, I was there, and my car wouldnt start. The employee tried just about everything he could to help get the car started. Finally, after about an hour, we got it to work, and we werent charged a dime. If your car is gonna break down, it might as well break down in a place where there are good people willing to help you fix it.

They are very good people, I went to replace a battery. They found out installation for that type of battery is out of service scope, and i didnt buy it, still help me jump-up with no charge.The only thing i dont like is they refer me to Goodyear(on the same street) , a place i will never went a second time. They will charge you for a jump-up for $25 and keep selling you things.

These guys never disappoint, they are helpful with minor maintenance issues and get dirty for the sake of their customers. Way to go guys! Join the rewards club too and after the 5th $20 purchase you get a $20 credit to your account. Cant beat that for oil change materials and windshield wiper replacement and such.

Went in because my car was overheating and I could smell antifreeze. I was greeted immediately by Angus who helped me quickly. He put the antifreeze in my car for me. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish my staff under me could take lessons in customer service from him!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a car polish that wasnt on the shelf, and the clerk checked his computer; it said they had 2 in stock, so he double-checked where it was supposed to be, and even went in the back to see if it was in any of the shipments they received that day.
