I just asked the AutoZone guys to check the code in my F150. The check light is on. They told me that they would not do it because it is cold outside. There was nobody else in the store, the weather is clear, the area in front of the store is clear BUT they are not checking codes today because it is cold outside. I was planning on buying a repair book and floor mats for my new F150 but looks like I will be buying them somewhere else. Thanks AutoZone.

Why Ask

It would be nice if anyone actually knew about cars. If Im not being hung up I have to walk the person through everything. Last time, when I finally got the person to understand the part and he explained it like I said the first time, he told me the price and hung up. Dont you think I would want to know if you had it? Nope I have to go to multiple stores.

Didnt like the younger dudes in there the light skinned man was very rude and smart mouthed they didnt want us to use there tools and they wasnt very helpful I rather drive 10 miles to another store then go back to this one
