Turu Waign

I sent my son there for spark plugs, one of the young staff sold him spark plugs with un-adjusted gaps even bigger than 2mm. Sure once my son changed them, the car ran very sluggish and even stopped in the road. We called aaa and towed the car back, and adyer all the struggles, we found the root causal. But throughout the process, the young staff pushed my son to buy unnecessary parts like wires etc. I did change my plugs many times and every time I got the plus with standard gap, 0.03 in or 0.75 mm. I dont understand why they have to treat a young guy liKe my son 22yrs with a different way? Please stop hustling your customers with poor services by selling off-grade or out of qaulity parts. Also, to acknowledge one of the snior staff members at the same store, who was patiently taught my son about how to make it right. Thanks.

Car needed battery replaced. They looked at it and told me they may not be able to change it out since one of the terminals looked heavily corroded and didnt have the tools to fix it especially if one of the terminals broke during battery install. I appreciated them being upfront and honest about it. Turns out they came out cleaned off the corrosion (which wasnt bad at all) and changed out my battery in 15 min and I was good to go again. Had I taken it NTB, I would have been charged for labor, recycling battery fee, dealing with the corrosion on the terminal, and a wait time of at least an hour.

These guys are extremely helpful and this plays feels calm and clean every time I go in. When I first moved to the area, I went there once, and on my second trip there (weeks apart) the guy at the counter had remembered my car already. I continued to go a few times and once of the guys that I spoke with one morning was so forward and honest with his answers (that included the best place to get one thing-- elsewhere) that my loyalty is set. These guys have it down.

These guys are unbelievably good. I visited last time to return a couple of things and wanted a part for check engine light. The manager, Mike, was helpful beyond expectations. He told me the part I needed had lifetime warranty and that, since I bought it from Autozone previously, I just needed to bring the old part back in for a full refund. He just went above and beyond and made me happy. This guy is seriously too good.

By far the best parts store I visit. I frequent here enough that they all know the makes and models of my cars and go to countless ends to order and find parts for my 79 Porsche. They are always willing to help people and connect people to help if it is not an easy parking lot fix.
