I buy products from Autozone all the time. I was recommended a CAR DUSTER (more expensive) from an employee rather than using a spray detailer to take dust off of my car. I took his word and ended up not being satisfied with the product. When I asked if I could return it for store credit since I didnt have my receipt, I was refused a store credit refund by the manager without him even listening to what I had to say. This store doesnt know how to treat its customers fairly. Dont trust the staff, this is the worst AutoZone Ive been to. Id give it zero stars if I could.

Although I have been here many times back in the day and never had a complaint, I recently came here for bulbs for the headlights on my hybrid, and the guy at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a choice between premiums LEDs and regular lights. Although I already knew how to install headlights (I mean even if I didnt, its not rocket science...) but he insisted on advising me on how to do it, which is pretty cool. He even gave me a rewards card so I can get some instant savings. Also, parking here is HUGE and always empty.

My battery died late in the day yesterday. Everyone who works at this AutoZone was extremely helpful: In fact, one employee helped jumped my vehicle (which was at the nearby Sonic) so I could drive it to their store. This employee even removed the old battery and installed the new battery, as well! Our family has been long time customers of AutoZone, and their helpful employees are the reason we keep coming back. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!

Im no expert on cars but Im a diy kind of person and the service I get from this place helps me alot. I almost put in the wrong oil and they exchanged it without hesitation. I also rented a tool for free.
