I absolutely LOVE lush and all their products but the service at this store was terrible. I hate physically going to their stores because Im always bombarded with questions and even when I tell them Im fine they continue to ask more questions. When I need something specific, Ill ask. During my recent trip to this location I just needed a smoother cleanser than Dark Angels (which is great but too coarse for everyday use). I asked an associate what she recommend and she was no help, so I skimmed around their tables to see if I could find something I liked alone. I ended up purchasing another large container of Dark Angels and Angels on Bare Skin which I fell in love with. When I got to the register, there was a pregnant woman in front of me and she was talking to the cashiers about her pregnancy and her due date and that was fine, I was definitely in no rush. When I was being rung up after her the associates were so serious. My cashier was very short with me and asked me for my ID on my DEBIT card transaction which I thought was really weird because I definitely did not hear her ask the customer before me for hers. After I showed her my ID she rung me up and did not say a single word after that. Overall I thought the transaction was very weird and I thought the cashier was rude but I dismissed it. I know I can be a pain at times but during this trip I feel like I wasnt a bother at all my totally time in the store was probably about 7 minutes and I purchased $50 worth of products without anyone having to sell me anything. I do not understand why I was treated this way, and I didnt even realize that the way the cashier treated me was different than the previous customer until my boyfriend pointed it out, so clearly it was obvious from an outsiders point of view.

We already all know that Lush is awesome, but I just want to confirm that for everyone again. Today I was in quite the pickle and just needed several bath bombs for gifts, but it was POURING outside. Typically this wouldnt be an issue, but I had my little baby with me and it was really hard to get to the store without getting soaked. I tried several times, to no avail and I almost just turned around and went home. But this is where Lush becomes even more awesome. I called the store, explained my situation, and asked if they would make an exception for me just this once. The girl that I spoke with was the sweetest and super accommodating. I placed my order over the phone, pulled up outside the store, she came out to collect my cash, went back in and made the transaction, then came out with my change and my bath bombs. To me that is above and beyond customer service, and just another reason why I will continue to come back to this location. Thank you for helping a girl out!

I went there with my family today and we loved it. Every single person working there treated us like long time friends, and the lady who waited on us was so cool. From the moment we crossed the threshold to the moment we were stepping out, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. They showed us how the bath bombs work, our lady gave my mom an arm massage to show how the massage bars worked, she gave me a sample of one of the products, and was probably the nicest person I have ever met in a retail store. Will definitely return!

My first time at lush was when I went on mothers day 2016 and I was surprised all the kindness I was shown of course I told them it was my very first time at a lush I have never been and I have no idea what I want as far as shampoo and conditioner also I need a face wash routine like I said it was mothers day and I was surprised they had a associate help me with everything I needed any questions I had I would definitely recommend them to anyone the products were amazing

Everyone there is not only amazingly helpful but they also have the best disposition with my daughter. She loves the product and they treat her like a grown up even though she is only 8. We love this location and couldnt imagine buying our bath products anywhere else. We are lush for life. ❤️

I LOVE this Lush location! Ive never had a bad experience shopping with these lovely ladies! They are always friendly and do their best to help me find what I need and more. I dont know how anyone could write a one star review for this shop unless they were just having a bad day.
