Go In The Morning When I first went into the store I was so happy! I was a first time buyer at MAC. I walk around and no one ask me if I needed help, there were other customers standing around. I had to ask one of the employees for help and they told me that someone will be right with you, as he was walking off. So I sat down in one of their makeup chairs for 20 min. Then my little girl needed to go to the restroom, I left out and came back. I ended up waiting another 10 min. after coming back, before the lady to help me. I came back three days later in the morning and Ashley (the girl who work there) help me right away! She was so helpful and nice to me! Way better then the last lady who help me at first. So now every time I go, I go in the morning and ask for Ashley!!!

Had an appointment to have my makeup done before a concert (remember its not free and its $50 commit to buy). I was at the Galleria and checked in, they told me theyd call me in about 30 minutes - they did saying they were ready for me - THEY WERE NOT - and I waited 20 minutes in one of their chairs before staring down one of their employees and he didnt even know I was there for service - told me a lady would help me when she got around to it - told them I had a concert to be at in a few hours and LEFT TICKED OFF (went to Sugar Land where they always treat you like royalty and had a great experience). Dont waste your time with the Galleria MAC people. Go somewhere else!

Their manager, Sho (sp) delivers very poor customer service so how can one expect her staff to deliver great customer service...the bar isnt set very high. No greeting when I walked in and that irks me considering how many staff members are there at one time. It went downhill from there, very disappointed :-( and Im a loyal lover and customer of MAC cosmetics the last 12 yrs. I get waaaayyy better service going to a counter at Macys, Dillards or Saks and thats a shame. This store should be the leader in service for all other sister counters to model themselves after.

Despite the sometimes overwhelming crowds and always changing staff, I love this place. I swear by these products and Ive always had a good experience in getting recommendations and demos from staff. If you come at the right time and know what you need, you can be in and out really quickly. Try the recycling program - any six empty containers can be traded for a lip stick or gloss. MAC has had this program for as many years as Ive used theyre products and the perks really add up!

My sister and I walked in 45 minutes before we had to show up for my cousins wedding (we thought the makeup artist cancelled on her at the last minute). I called ahead to find out if there was a charge and came prepared. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and our faces looked great! Also- my cousin texted me the colors she wanted on our eyes and without even seeing the the other girls we ended up looking uniform.

I went lastnight around 8 to buy a bunch of products and as soon as i walked in a guy greeted me quickly and asked me if i needed help.i told him I needed a bunch of things so he got the small basket and walked me around the store and helped me pick out everything I needed .he was very sweet kind and funny I wish I had got his name!5☆ all the way!"had a gift card" :)

Scheduled an appointment over the phone for a 30 minute session for an event they were having. Woman told us to come in at 730 so we drove there from the Woodlands stuck in traffic for almost 2 hrs, only for them to tell us a 730 appointment does not exist! WTF Friggin pissed.....

Went in for an hour and a half tutorial and left knowing with a much more expansive knowledge. As someone who never played with make-up growing up, I was pretty much a clean slate. It is expensive, but I found the employees to be very helpful.

Makes it extremely difficult to return items. Will try too hard to sell you something else. Acts like they are doing a favor offering the refund whereas its perfectly within normal return rights.
