Beyotch Forever

I am forced to give 1 star in order to post my review. Bella Terra needs better customer service. The sales girl at the Memorial City Mall kiosk in Houston is unprofessional. I was walking by and she grabbed me and insisted I buy her products and started to apply a random powder on my face with a DIRTY BRUSH. I WAS DISGUSTED. I asked her to stop and if they were clean brushes... To which I didnt get a reply and got more powder... And she insisted I buy the powder and she would give me a discount it would be $49. But I noticed the powders online are only like $22. NOT sure where this price came from. She told me my makeup was bad and this was all I needed. Well I wasnt wearing any makeup and now half my face against my approval was covered in this powder. She had blocked me in in between the kiosk and the chair. She started to bully me and wouldnt let me leave. I kept insisting i needed to go. It was a stressful ordeal. I finally was able to run... When I asked her for a free sample and to donate to my charity event she was got surprised and stepped back. I literally ran from her. And now I have breakouts on my face due to the dirty brush and makeup. This is harassment and bullying. I have seen so many complaints about them and sadly corporate only gives a standard response but hasnt done anything to protect their brand.

I was walking by , when a gentle men !! Stopped me and wouldnt let me leave !! He was so force full , i had half of my face covered in makeup ! I was an hoed but I have Gina chance . I told him I didnt have much money ! And he told me to open my wallet , to see if I do !!! And he saw my money and said he would give a discount 50!$$ I told him I only by Vegan make up ! He told me it was chemical free . Gmo Free & Vegan . !!!! Liar!

I was totally scammed. I was approached by a man and woman with a very thick accent. Told me they were from Israel. They didnt even ask, just started taking off my makeup. Told me that one of the products I liked was $120... I looked online and saw that it was $45. He said he would do a "special deal just for me." The products seemed great, but the service was just plain terrible.

Offered me a job, then had the receptionist call me and withdraw it at the last minute. Never returned my call. This is a foreign-owned company, Israeli, and definitely has the feel of a 3rd world employer. They offer minimum pay and NO BENEFITS, none. Run as fast as you can.

I have been wearing this makeup for about 10 years and I LOVE it! I would never purchase anything else. The coverage is great and it doesnt break my skin out. I have also contacted the company before for locations in Dallas and they were very helpful.
