Welp I never review anything, but I just left this store to restock and thought Id take the time to do so. These people are phenomenal! After a few times of going into their store, I finally walked in with a mission to invest. I replaced my shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, makeup remover, morning and night moisturizer and Ive never looked back! Before LUSH my face broke out a ton and I could never find a face moisturizer that I was happy with. The biggest thing for me was my hair. My scalp would get so much build up from my shampoos and conditioners, since buying my hair products from LUSH I havent had that problem. If you just go in there and tell them what youre looking for, theyll patiently help you find it. Thank you for being so amazing!

Some reviews have said the staff is pushy, which yes - sometimes when Im not in the mood it can be overbearing. However, during my three experiences at this store the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly! They helped me pick out wonderful products which have worked amazingly for me. They are also excellent about offering samples they believe would be a good fit for you. Im so glad I live by such a great store! Unfortunately that means my bank account is in danger, lol.

I want to give this location 5 stars, but they ALWAYS run out of products. (I wish I could take off 1/2 a star for this) However, their staff is full of friendly helpful people. If you have a skin or hair problem theyre super knowledgeable about their products and will always recommend you something good. They offer free take-home samples for you to try and their return policy is amazing. If something isnt exactly working for you, they will be more than happy to take it back.

Died and gone to heaven! This store is amazing! The staff is super, super helpful, I didnt feel they were being pushy at all like at other cosmetic places. On the contrary, they are a wealth of info and actually suggest products that would work for you (even when I go in thinking I want something different). And theyll give you samples to let you try what best works for you. Their products are wonderful - I have not found any that I dont like yet.

I dont know what these people are talking about. The staff is the best part!! Every person who works at Lush is incredibly knowledgable about the products. I have loved every recommendation, even the ones I was skeptical about. The only the pushy thing about the staff, is that they push samples on you when you have reached your shopping budget. I now have a little waiting list of what to get next!! Perfect staff, perfect store. Love, love, love.

I had the BEST experience visiting this LUSH location. Justine helped my boyfriend and I and she was super sweet and helpful, we even group-hugged when we left! It was my first time purchasing LUSH products and I was blown away with the selection and quality. The fact that they are natural, mostly vegan, and eco-friendly guarantees that Ill be coming back for more!

The staff here was very intense and overbearing. If you are looking for a quiet apothecary to browse in peace, this isnt it. The staff will follow you around, hand things to you that you werent looking for, and generally be underfoot. For someone with social anxiety the experience can be overwheming. I will be buying Lush products online from now on.
