Absolutely the WORST experience. Went in for a makeover at 10 they were only 2 associates opening, the other associate also had a makeover scheduled. 2 hours past and I wasnt even half way done. The person doing my make up was absolutely terrible, I was more aware of the products than she was. Never going there again! Very unprofessional 3rd associate came in an hour and a half after I arrived and their had been another woman waiting for a makeover for 30 minutes.

WORST place to go to they dont seemed to care. They only tackle people who look "rich" i dont recommend it to anybody.. if u want PROFFECIONALS and most friendly people go to the sephora thats inside memorial city mall best customer service.. these people need to stop with the classism.

Extremely bad customer service. 2 mua were helping 1 person and the other 2 mua at the cashier were so slow with 1 person each. They were too busy getting discounts. They took like 20 with the same people while having 10 people on the line trying to pay.

There were many people waiting for check out some who needed help while the employee complaining about helping customers and pretending to look busy so they wont help anyone not coming back here

Selection was nice and it was neat , organized set up. However, customer service rep seemed disinterested in helping or answering questions in the end I checked out at a jc penny register.
