The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. You can book a "free" makeover under the condition that you buy $60 in product (doesnt have to be used for the makeover.) I recently got my makeup done here, and I would recommend going elsewhere, only because MAC only sells MAC products, whereas other makeup bars (Sephora etc..) sell a variety of brands, and the selection at the Mac in the Woodlands Mall is very limited. I didnt really want to spend $60 on mediocre products. Also, I dont know if it was my artist or just my skin (which isnt very oily), but my foundation was very cakey, and I had to do a lot of personal touch ups (to eyes/ eyeliner/ eyebrows/ smoothing out my foundation and blending in my contour) after I left.

I love the Mac products but they are short handle on staff members. Appointments are being booked when they are limited with staffing. I believe that they should have someone only working the register to assist customers when ready to check out, there should be abstaff member to assist customers with their cosmetic needs and also artists to assist customers with the makeup appointments. I believe that this can possibly eliminates inpatient and frustrated customers that have been waiting long to be assisted. Overall, most of the staff members are pretty nice and knowledgeable with the Mac products.

I had a very bad experience here. I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it today. Not only did it take 15 minutes to catch someones attention to get me the products I needed but the lady that was suppose to be getting what I needed instead of getting my products she stopped and started to apply make up on another customer. I waited at the front counter and the lady never came. Needless to say, I left and did not buy anything. I was very disappointed.

Very rude employees. Unfortunately he had a bad attitude the moment I asked a question! Im here buying their expensive products, they should be attentive...I had a bad experience twice and wish there was another MAC in The Woodlands.

They had the free lipstick sale and there was about two hundred people in line and only had about 50 of the good shades . The remaining colors were like yellow, green, purple and other very ugly colors
