Cos Bar market street is amazing. The women working there are down to earth, honest, and consultative. NOT sneaky and judgey YouTube taught makeup artists like every other store in the woodlands. Truly, the competition stores are full of women who do not represent the average woman as they are wearing the thickest layer of makeup youve ever seen and they frankly look ridiculous with their sharpied eyebrows and blinding highlight. I am all about self expression through beauty and makeup BUT when makeup looks like it was done in the dark its excessive. The women of Cos Bar look like real women who treat their skin well and take themselves seriously, that is all I want when I walk into a cosmetic store. I do not want another 20 year old trying to sell me Urban Decay or Mac. There is a reason Cos Bar only sells premium lines. Their products are timeless and classy, and their knowledge and kindness makes the experience about 100X better than anywhere else. For example, I went in looking for new foundation, I told an employee what I wanted and my price point (light and buildable, good for combination skin, and under $65) and she matched me with a foundation on the first try that fit my skin perfectly. She took me outside to let me see what it looked like in natural lighting, and she told me not to buy it until I wore it for a day to be sure I liked how it felt. I didnt even think of that... this place is stellar and needless to say Im going back tomorrow to pick up my beautiful foundation. THANK YOU COS BAR

I was looking for something specific I wanted to physically see before buying, versus an online mystery high end purchase. Found Cos Bar in Google Shopping Tab, found out there was one in The Woodlands, (about 30-40 minutes from my house). I called ahead to make sure they had the products, and upon entering the store it didnt take long for the staff to greet me. (I usually dont dress up going shopping, and some places dont really talk to ladies with wild hair, no makeup and sneakers.) Someone, (who ended up helping me through the entire deciding and transaction) was beyond delightful and super helpful. She referenced coworkers who used the products personally, and even though I didnt have a lot of time, during checkout she was able to answer my questions about the products they had in store. I really do intend on going back soon! For people wondering what you can find here, its basically the high end products you want to find at Sephora/Macys/Dillards mixed with some brands that you can find at those stores. Smaller boutique feel, everything is available to test and play with like other stores as well, and a friendly staff for a personal shopping experience. I went specifically for Artis Brushes, and will be back to Cos Bar for more!

I went to The Cos Bar specifically to get lipgloss that coordinated with my nail polish. I specified lipgloss and the woman went to the drawer and pulled out what I thought was the lipgloss I wanted and I paid for it. I also had picked out an eyeshadow duo with greens and blues in it, and when I got home the eyeshadows had pinks and greens in it. Very poor customer service. I didnt get what I wanted even though by the time the order was finished I paid nearly $300.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered 3 items online and only 1 item was shipped to me. For some reason they were not able to fulfil lthe order of the other two items, and so they shipped the wrong product on one of them and did not even bother to ship the other. When escalated to customer services several times, no explanation was provided. Refund takes forever. I will never buy from this store anymore.
