I love sephora and their products but i hate unprofessional workers with lack of customer service. Me and my friend decided to go make up shopping and we were looking for the Urban Decay Naked Basics Double-Ended Brush they didnt have any in stock and decided to open the white drawer so then a girl that works there came and asked us if we needed anything and we asked her if they had any brushes because there was none left so she opens the drawer with an attitude and hands it to my friend and it was already open literally the tap was off the package which we didnt mind at all because we always disinfect our brushes before we use them and my friend touches it to feel it since it was already open so the girl says "by you touching it youre contaminating the brush" so i was kind enough to keep my mouth shut and not say anything rude and the only thing i said was "Basically it was already open so it was already contaminated we always disinfect them before using them" she didnt say anything all she did was slam the drawer and walk away i honestly tough it was really rude and unprofessional if your company policy is for your employees to make the customers feel unwelcomed then youre doing a great job, i never go to that sephora i always go to the one in galleria but since this was closer to us we decided to go there but i think well stick to Ulta or Sephora @Galleria thanks to Angelas lack of customer service.

I have been here numerous times and it has improved from my second visit last year. Last year I came here I needed help finding a countour palette. I ask this girl " hey can you help out please?" She responded "umm Im busy but what do you need?" She kept walking as she said this to me. Wow! Seriously? I just picked the product myself whatever. Then my third visit I needed help finding brushes and the girl who said who was gonna help me as soon as she was done with her customer later on said she couldnt help me after all because there was a line of maybe 5 customers to check out , there was already one girl dispatching them. So I said okay whatever. Then when I was checking out you cant hear what the hell theyre saying the register is blocking your face off from there. there is no eye contact because of the damn back of the register screen is right in your face. Anyways my last 2 visits there was one sweet blue eye white girl to be specific she has been there everytime I shop thank goodness ! She always goes out of her way to help her customers. She helped me find brushes she explained what can I used them For or what are there for. Which I like because theyre taking their time To educate you as you purchase. But the rest of the other girls are just the worse.

If I could give this Sephora a 0 stars I would. First, there was only one person in the store so ok fine, I get in line and wait my turn to get color matched to buy a foundation. Three people are in front of me and finally when I get to the front of the line by this time there is two other people behind me. So the lady says Im sorry I need to check out the people behind you before I can help you. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I waited in line just like everyone else so you could help me, just so you can tell me to wait instead of the people who got there after me to wait a few minutes(because Ive gotten color matched before and it only takes 3-4 minutes)!!!!! I spend thousands of dollars at Sephora(I am a VIB ROUGE) and just to get treated like that. I am sorry but I will not be returning to this Sephora and will be contacting the manager about this employee.

Their products are amazing and love the customer service! The other benefit is able to use your JCPenny card. Which that is always a plus! I read a couple of the reviews; Sometimes they may not have everything you want due to stocking but you can always ask them when they will be receiving there next shipment which is weekly. I went in to look for an item and yes they were out. However, I left the my number to call me once it came in, and 4 days later they called me, they even saved it for me to pick up. I ended up buying double of what I needed.

GO ACROSS THE STREET TO ULTA. This Sephora has always been great! Came in today and they have new employees who are HORRIBLE!!! Acted like they didnt even want to be there and so unwilling to help. I had several free gifts that they supposedly didnt have in stock but had 2 huge drawers behind them filled with free stuff. she pulled out a bag that was my free gift that only had 2 lotion samples in them and the rest must have been taken out. However she got an attitude and said, "so do you want it or not?"

Is very disappointing that you are willing to judge people on how they look, we went today to ask for help on finding the right foundation. The lady working there told us to hold on a moment because she was busy with somebody, so we did. When she finish taking care of the lady, she continued to do other things but help us. I had just gotten off work and yes I did not look my best, I honestly felt that she thought I couldnt afford to buy anything so she didnt bother to help me. Im very disappointed!

I walked in looking to buy a whole new set of makeup. The girls were to busy helping other employees "color match" their own face to even ask me if I needed any help. There was two other girl customers in the store who were helping themselves too! One employee was following another one and talking to her and didnt even notice me walking up to the cash register until the other girl said something to her.. She very slowly walked over to check me out. Terrible customer service!

Went there with a friend, they were out of everything that I was looking for when I asked the girl that was working there about certain products, she would turn around and help someone else, not to mention she kept snagging the items from my friends hand to keep them up front, like if she was gonna take off with them. NOT COOL!! Needless to say Im not shopping at that sephora again.

This Sephora never has anything. "We can order you what you want (which takes 4-7 days) or you can try Sugar Land, Baybrook or Galleria malls." Then why do we have a Sephora in Pearland? Get it together.

This is the worst stocked Sephora I have ever been in. Wasted trip for me. Out of the 5 things I came in for, they had one. Not acceptable. It is stocked like what I would expect at Walmart.
