Every time I go to this Sephora the girls that work there are so unhelpful and rude. I love Sephora so much but this specific locations employees are ridiculous. They are rude and do not seem to know anything about the products. When asked for help they sound like they dont even know what they are talking about and they talk to you with attitude. I also called about 3 minutes before 10am when they open, which I didnt know what time they opened, to ask a question and when they girl answered her reply was "We dont open until 10., and she wouldnt answer my question. I was astounded! Your not open but you sound open and you open in 3 minutes?! Why even answer the call then? It just silly. Drive to the Baybrook location, its worth the customer service.

I was just there, and asked a lady to help me find a foundation. She ended up ditching me at the vanity to go help some lady and her daughter, even though I asked for her assistance first. They walked in and asked for her help while she was in the middle of helping me. She just brought me foundation shades to try and left me, never came back or even bothered to ask if I was okay. I waited about 15 minutes and then left. I have never been treated so rudely. I definitely will not go back to this sephora, or recommended it to anyone who needs help findig a foundation.

The store layout was nice, if you already know what you want then it makes it easy to find the thing that you need. Staffs are super sweet, helpful and I feel very welcome. One lady was helping me and went to grab some stuff and another one approached to make sure that I was helped. I dont know why people are complaining about the store but I had great experience. They matched my skin with the correct foundation and give great recommendations in skin care. Im a VIB and I purchase all my stuff at Sephora. Would always come back here for more.

Not the best Sephora, workers are ok. You can feel the tension here because of low class customers who cant control there children or either stand at the "brand counters" for a long period of time swatching products and conversating and wont even move even if they know youre trying to pick a product. you cannot hog a small space blocking other people! Other customers want to Purchase items as well. Anyways i will avoid this store due to the customers who come here. Its always the same.

Most sephoras in the area dont have the best customer services but this one is by far the worst. I went in needing help to find a particular item and of course no one was there to help or to offer any assistance. All of the employees (about 5-7 of them) were in a corner gossiping. I wasnt the only customer there needing help but it seemed that the employees #1 priority was to gossip than to WORK!! Hopefully they get new girls soon or at least a manager to put them to work.

Recently moved to the area and the first time I went to this Sephora. The staff was very helpful (especially Stephanie Gtz [beauty consultant]). Stephanie Gtz immediately asked if I needed help. She took initiative to look for products that fit me best and gave me a makeover. She is also talented and very sweet. Thank you Steph for your exceptional help! I will definitely visit this Sephora again!

Worst customer service This is my second time trying to buy something from there and the service is the same For the second time I call to schedule an appointment for a full makeover. They first time they lady that took my appointment didnt write down the second time I was there fior 40 minutes waiting on d lady to come and do my make so I just left
