I had a great experience at this store. Im not an expert at doing makeup, but the lady working was very happy to help and very patient. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. Great personality for customer service. I will be visiting again for my future makeup needs.

I got my makeup done here last Wednesday. The artist that helped me was very knowledgeable about her products. Ive never worn Mac before, and she matched me perfect! She also did the rest of my makeup without any hesitation without an appointment...Ill definitely come for future events.

People at the MAC counter are horrid...I waited to pay only to have the girl help the next people and argued with me about it...rude...MAC in the Shreveport Dillards has got it going on....you gals need to learn from them!

This MAC counter is by far the best in Texas! The artists are talented, fun, and very helpful! I wish more people could experience a fabulous make-over by them. Alisha is my favorite but everyone there is awesome!!!

Very small MAC location with much to be desired product-wise. Go here to find your colour palette & order off the website. Techs were too busy chatting so I had to interrupt them to receive service.
