I went in recently for my first personal purchase. The staff was incredibly friendly, fun, and helpful, even though I came in really close to close. I had done some research on what I was looking for so the cool chick (I forgot her name, darn!) who was helping me tried a few on me that I found on their website. She was so knowledgeable, and did some great suggestive selling without being pushy at all. Love the product (Aqua Marina FTW) and Ill definitely be back for more vegan, cruelty free, all natural goodies!

Oh! My! Gawd!! I love this place!! I would live in here if I could! If you have never come in here, please stop by. The staff in here are all such wonderful people, who give you one on one care. Each team member explain products and recommend stuff. And they give a small tutorial on how to use the products. Its a shame, I have to go to Westheimer Lush, because of two rude clerks at Willowbrook, who refuse to label a cosmetic. Guess they dont mind losing $200 a month of Xmas and birthday gifts I love to give as gifts. Love their products ,but displeased with the service.

My fiance is highly allergic to Lavender. Which she strongly addressed to the employee who was assisting us. & assured her that the bath bomb did not have lavender. When she got home & used the bath bomb she immediately broke out in hives . & had to use her E Pen .
