Management refused to issue a refund or store credit for a book because it was past the 14-day deadline even though our family experienced two deaths recently. The book was still sealed and had obviously not been opened. Customer service is a lost art and is definitely lacking here. As a frequent book buyer, at this point, I will send all of my business to Amazon. It is a shame that Barnes & Noble is hurting for business so much that they are in survival and incapable of demonstrating a smidgen of human compassion. If a large online provider such as Amazon can, you would think that Barnes & Noble would attempt to match the competition. I will not be surprised to see this business fold if it continues providing this type of disappointing service.

Exquisite service. I didnt even have to ask for help. A sweet staff member asked if she could help me. The book I was searching for was fresh out but she immediately offered to put my name down and take my number for reservations on the first restock! Soooo helpful! No two experienced will be the same. Wed like to think customer service is all thats matters but they have other responsibilities too. I was fortunate to come across someone eager to help!

Wanted to buy a textbook thinking it was on sales price advertised on their website but instead came up original price. I brought it up to the cashier and she referred that I instead buy it online. I left not buying it and highly unsatisfied. Ill take my business somewhere else.

This Barnes & Noble is in a great location. The mall is large with about every store youll need. Lots of restaurants within a block. I love this area of The Woodlands. The baristas always remember my order here. I may need to cut back on the coffee.

This is the worst Barnes & Noble Ive ever been in. There are no activity tables for the children. The customer service is awful. And although the store seems rather large their selection isnt that great. I left the store completely dissatisfied!

There was no one to be seen. I guess they like cleaning instead of helping people out. I did not like at all that they had the porn section right across from the childrens section upstairs. That was unbelievable. That needs to be changed.

I bought a comic book volume from this location, and was surprised to find an adhesive anti-theft sticker stuck to one of the pages. Why would a book store intentionally damage books, and then sell them?

Sad to see a place that used to be packed with customers so barren during Christmas shopping season. Restrooms were showing the lack of maintenance that comes with a business that is hurting.

Love this bookstore. Everything is neatly organized. They have books and also educational toys for kids on thr wmd floor. I can spend the whole day browsing through items sold here.

A great Barnes & Noble Im a beautiful location. I love the waterway area and the Woodlands connected to the mall, and this store is right near some cool walkable areas.

This is definitely one of the larger Barnes and Nobles that I have ever seen. A huge book selection! Love the large history section.
