Went online to price compare my book shopping list and found Barnes & Noble suprisingly competitive. Decided Id take the time to drive over in person to support the brick & mortar location and get my books a little sooner. It wasnt until after hunting them all down (this is a nice big store with a lot of selection!) and getting to the register that I discovered the in-store prices on about 1/2 of my books was significantly higher than the online advertised price and they wont price match (even to their own website). So in the end the books stayed on the counter and I had my amazon order placed before leaving the parking lot. Will anyone really be that surprised when this place is gone?

My favorite book store. Helpful sales associates, excellent to spend time in relax atmosphere. The store is pretty logically laid out so browsing the titles for new releases or favorite subjects is pretty easy. Big plus for me is the coffee! So glad they have a Starbucks inside of this store. Melody and other staff provide good customer service. cafe has plenty of seating but wish they had electrical outlets available for charging your devices. Wi-Fi is pretty good as well.

Even though I usually buy ebooks now, this is still a wonderful place to shop. Besides the great selection of books, there toys and collectibles and all sorts of interesting things to check out. There is a nice starbucks cafe inside so you can sit and relax and do homework, read a magazine or have a quiet conversation. Staff are very helpful.

This is my favorite place to be. Its almost like a home away from home. Great staff, nice setting and mood. Also love the Starbucks right in the middle! Sometimes, when Im in a rush, I can call in my book reservation on my way there and pick it up as soon as I enter the store. Very great and convenient.

Ok store. The book collection is not, great, but ok. Computer books titles are old, not a lot of variety. The atmosphere is nice but lacks of good space so Weekends or during nights is hard to find a seat. Overall, a nice B&N store but not one of the best.

Had a really great time tonight shopping. One of the ladies gladly helped me to the bibles and another helped me and my brothers look at game of thrones books. And had a rather great conversation about this season. Great customer service

I have always loved this store. Unfortunatly one of the employees ruined that for me. I asked a question at customer service and the lady was extremely rude. She responded to me like I was stupid. Probably wont go back.

Could use better customer service. The girl didnt even heat up my apple tart. She put it in for like 2 seconds. It wasnt even warm let alone hot. And she was rude to boot. Also, Internet is extremely slow.

Needs a good once over and scrubbing. Books are usually organized and well stocked. Girls in the coffee area are friendly but not familiar with drink recipes. Parking lot can be super crowded.

Went to the service desk to have a book shipped as a gift. They were very busy but as helpful as always. Love going in there, the smell of new books is one of my favorite scents.

No seating at all in the bookstore !!! Only seating is in Starbucks. Starbucks doesnt let you charge your laptop !!! Dont recommend coming here for the books or the coffee.

It is welcoming. There is a large area for the Starbucks to read, work on your computer, or just sit with friends. There is also a good kids area for kids to read and play.
