When I was there a few weeks ago, about 3 weeks approximately, the cashier had asked me if I wanted to sign up for some magazines. I know for a faCT that I said NO. Three weeks later, I receive 2 magazines, and upon finding my receipt, find that the subscription was put on there even though I had told him NO. I will not be back in your store if your employees arent going to listen. Out of the multiple times i have come to the store, I have only had one person who was helpful and he was an older gent. As for any of the other times, the customer service was lacking.

After my experience at this store I understand why Amazon is putting this company out of business. I asked for help finding a book and the employee acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He was not friendly and when I asked if any of the current discounts would apply to the 3 books I was purchasing he made a smug comment to me that "it would have a sticker on the book" if a discount applied. I will never shop at Books A Million again. Their customer service was nonexistent.

Joe Muggs service is terrible. Every time I go there I wait at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to come help you. When they finally show up, they act like youre bothering them. Like you just ran over their dog. No "sorry for the wait" or "what can I get for you". They just stand there waiting for you to order. The coffee is average but the service is terrible.

Wont be back, had a coupon and guy at the register was really cruddy about it.... he didnt take it... I spent 300 this trip and 400 a week ago. Went to Barnes and Nobel and they will take the coupon and gave me a gift card to get us back in as a sorry for this places bad attitude. I will be returning all my stuff!!!!

Its a nice place to find books of all kinds and they have a coffee shop inside the store and they have very nice people to help you find what youre looking for. Plus if you just want to sit down and talk with friends or read a book or magazine then you can do so.

This Books-A-Million has a large fiction section. The other half of the store is childrens, religious, and non-fiction. If you are looking for a craft book, you probably will not find it here. Try looking at one of the larger bookstores near the mall.

Extremely satisfying, asked for help finding a book and the lady took me straight to it! She was very friendly and helpful. Dont know her name, but she had shoulder length dark brown hair. Thank you young lady for your help! God bless you...

Love this place. When you cant be near 71st and Memorial or even near 41st and Yale, you cant beat Tulsa Hills. Lots of books, mags, and not so many toys. Just read!

Went in to look at Airplane Magazines. They sold me a cold cup of coffee for $ 2.12. I wont go back. Im surprised they are in Business. Terrible Book Store.
